They were absolutely amazing. Super responsive and very active on giving updates. I was so happy to know that my puppy was being taken care of by such loving and caring people. They made my anxiety about her getting moved so much easier. She came home in great condition and looked happy in all the photo updates!! Donna was right on top of everything and could accommodate my schedule, which was a little fluid at first. Very knowledgeable about all animals, and very responsible and caring. They did such an amazing job, she arrived exactly on time and they sent me photos and arrival updates hourly. I was having issues with the payment process and they were incredibly understanding and helpful until we got it resolved. This was the first time I had ever used something like this and was a little hesitant but they were definitely a great choice!

Very communicative and kept me in the loop with 8 week old puppy I needed shipped extremely short notice to me. They worked with the breeder and me every way they possibly could (which was not easy due to breeder’s schedule and us being on separate time zones). I have shipped horses all over the world, and dealing with them I was as comfortable as with any of my long term shippers/haulers on my horses. I would happily use them again for any sort of small animal I needed to get moved anywhere and not question whether or not they were being taken care of or if they were going to arrive in the same condition as they left in. I sincerely appreciate their assistance.
