I have nothing but positive things to say! I was nervous using this platform and worried about scams or last minute cancelations, but there was nothing but great communication! Hayley answered all of my questions and very responsive and Kris was great at updates of times and stops. Shared the location in the group chat I had with my mom for drop off of my dogs so we could see and pictures at their stops. So polite and professional. It was very last minute and 7 days later they were able to pick up my animals with no problems! Great communication and military discount as well, which is a plus! I was so nervous, but this team was amazing! Instructions were easy! I can't rave enough about them!

If I can give a 0 star I would. First they guaranteed a pickup date & didn’t go forward with it. They changed it twice & the second time they said that the seller told them to come another day but that was only because the carrier didn’t show up the day they were supposed to. After finally showing up, I told the broker that the seller was giving me some stands for my motorcycle & that they updated the information for the driver & I come to find out that the driver refused the stands even when I have 100LBs for free. So after they finally picked it up from switching it a couple times, they gave me a drop off date. Just like the pickup, they didn’t guarantee the drop off date. They switched the date about 3 times so all in all, the whole delivery process took almost 2 weeks. It was so ridiculous, I wouldn’t use this company ever again. I’d rather pay more for a better job. They also wouldn’t give me NO UPDATES as to when they picked it up, who the driver was, no driver number, no pictures showing that the bike was strapped down, literally no communication at all.

After a nightmare experience (not on this platform) HB Transit saved the day at the very last minute. I needed a RUSH because we had already left town without the car. HB Transit scheduled me right away. The driver was AMAZING and communicated with us every step of the way. The car arrived in perfect condition and within the timeframe estimated. I highly recommend them and would use them again anytime.

I would give 100 stars if I could:) amazing experience. I was so nervous when I found this site. I’ve never used a pet transport service and always worry about scams. But Kesha was quick to answer all my questions. She updated me along the way with our puppy and sent me pictures. After a 9 hour drive she arrived with a smile and was so nice! We could not have been happier with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend her! 💯

Dayvion was an excellent driver. He sent pictures and kept us updated on Riley's trip. Davyion drove Riley from California to MD and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to transport your pet.

Like any pet owner, I was nervous about entrusting my 11-year-old dog, Jax, to someone for such a long journey but ZippaPet quickly put my worries to rest. They gave us regular updates with photos of his walks, meals, and travel setup, which made me feel he was truly in the best hands. What stood out most was their communication, the open space option so Jax didn’t feel confined, the AC fans to keep him comfortable, and above all, their compassion. It was clear they cared for him as if he were their own. Their professionalism and kindness went beyond my expectations, and Jax arrived happy, relaxed, and even seemed to enjoy the adventure. This was my first time using a pet transporter and wasn’t sure how it worked. One of my and probably most pet parents worry is my pet’s well being and safety while being transported to another state. We’ll Nijah put all my worries to rest. She was brought Luna safely to her new home in Daytona Beach Florida from San Diego. California, keeping me updated with pictures and communicated with me every step of the way. I am so glad I chose her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs to transport their fur babies as she is top notch! Thanks again Nijah for reuniting me and Luna from across the nation!

Cannot recommend using RM Pets Solo Adventures more! He safely got our two pups to us and gave us great updates every single day. We were nervous going into it but could not recommend enough, 10/10!
