Veronica was absolutely outstanding! She was exceptionally communicative, shared her GPS location throughout the journey and genuinely invested in my dogs' wellbeing. They were rescues moving from IN to MN, a very long drive, and she stopped with them to attend to their needs (even when they weren't asking), kept me updated throughout, and the dogs had clearly bonded with her by the time they arrived! Kristy provided a service to help get my Frankie home to me. However, I would not call it a service, as she made this experience feel like she was a friend and gave me peace of mind during the 11 hour journey. I knew my pup was in great hands and I cannot recommend using Kristy enough. She sent updates with photos and stayed in contact with me during the journey. I will use Kristy again and will recommend them to anyone I know needing their fur babies transported.
