I thought they did a great job in communicating and delivering on time. My only issue is my dog smelling like cigarettes / stale smoke. Not sure if the car smelled or driver is smoker but I saw a different review that this had occurred and dismissed it as a one off. Worth discussing prior to booking. Otherwise service as advertised.

I couldn't ask for a better experience! Over and above my expectations! If you are looking for someone that will treat you puppies as good as you would( perhaps better) this is your team!

Although the driver had a personal emergency, the dog was delivered as promised and she was well attended to!

I recently had the pleasure of using Destinee's services to transport our two beloved chocolate labs, Simba and Timon, from Nevada to Florida, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very first interaction, it was clear that Destinee is not only professional, but also genuinely cares for the well-being of the pets she transports. During the journey, it was evident that Simba and Timon were treated like family. Destinee went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and happiness, providing them with plenty of love and attention. She even took the time to update me with photos and messages along the way, which put our minds at ease and allowed me to see how much fun they were having on their adventure. The trip itself was smooth and stress-free for both the dogs and us. Destinee's meticulous planning and attention to detail made all the difference. When Simba and Timon arrived in Florida, they were not only safe and sound but also happy and content, which speaks volumes about the care they received during the journey. 10/10 amazing experience with Bill! He was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all messages. When I needed to change my travel date, Bill was able to accommodate that change. He made sure I was updated about my 6 month puppy along the journey and took my puppy out for playtime and potty time along the car ride. He followed all my directions regarding caring for my dog, gave my dog a safe environment in his van, and made my puppy very happy. I would 100% use Bill again for all my puppy transportation needs!! I could not recommend a better person to trust when your pet needs a reliable, safe, and calming transportation method. We are so happy with Bill's service!

Road Dawg was great. He has very affordable pricing and is a very nice guy. You can tell he really loves animals. His communication was fair. And his punctuality was not the greatest but he got my dog here safe so I am happy. If you are looking for something affordable he is your guy. If you have other priorities then maybe go with someone else and pay a lot more. But overall I am pleased with the service I received. It was a cross country trip in the winter and it took 6 days. My dog got here safe and sound so I can’t complain. Thank you Road Dawg. You rock!
