Super satisfied with Mendy’s performance and customer service. She stuck to her time of pick up and drop off, shared location and gave me updates and pictures along the way, she made plenty of potty and water stops and kept me updated and in the loop the whole time. I am so grateful that she brought my baby to me and my dog absolutely loved her so I know she took good care of her the whole time, thank you so much Mendy you are truly amazing.

Frank and hatem were very professional and. Pick up and drop off experience was wonderful, on time, real time updated during the trip, and taking good care of the puppy. The new owner and I are 200% satisfied with his professional service. Thanks one more time for making this possible

I had never used a pet courier prior. I was reluctant but decided to try it. The courier was wonderful. Sent pictures on pick up, kept me informed. Carried our tiny pup to our door. Even discussed his feedings, thank you

Warsney safely transported my dog very last minute. He kept me in constant communication with ETAs and sent photos and videos.

I was very happy with Safe Paw’s service. He provided a very large pet carrier for my cat’s trip to Georgia. He also took all the extra food, cat box, and toys that I was sending to my sister‘s house. He delivered my cat to my sister‘s house and spend some time in bringing the stuff up and making sure my sister was comfortable. He is a very friendly person and obviously an animal lover.

Mike was very communicative, both through the Citizenshipper messenger, phone calls and through text messages. They found a driver within the pickup window that I specified, and their driver was fast and courteous with good communication throughout. Philadelphia to Minneapolis in about 36 hours.
