I can’t thank Arne enough for the incredible job he did transporting my dog. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, and I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such capable hands. He took the time to make sure my pup wasn't scared when getting in the car. Arne was professional, reliable, and incredibly caring, always keeping me updated with pictures and messages about how my dog was doing during the trip. He made sure my dog was comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Traveling that far can be stressful, but Arne made it a positive experience for both me and my pup. I would highly recommend their transport service to anyone needing a long-distance pet move. It’s clear that he genuinely care about the pets he transports!

We (Bbop & I) could not have had a better experience than the one we had with Abdul. This was my first time shipping Bbop across the country from Milwaukee to California and I was nervous. Abdul was on time, courteous & helpful - all in all a good guy. Above all he took great care of Bbop, exercised and played ball with him, kept me informed the whole trip, sent pictures at every stop and delivered a happy, healthy dog to San Diego. I can't speak highly enough of Abdul and his company. - they exceeded my expectations - you will not be disappointed!

This was our first time using a transportation for our puppies and Arne made the entire process smooth and easy! He was extremely communicative with updates and pictures along the way as well as updates on when he would be arriving to the destination. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone that is needing a transportation service for your animal!
They were easy and professional. They gave my puppy breaks throughout the transport. I would recommend using them if you are in need of a puppy to be transported.

Said she might be able to do the job said she needed a couple hours to figure things out and would get back to me but after several attempts to get ahold of her by text phone or email through CitizenShipper but still no response I would not use her she talks a good but says watch out other shipper I say watch out for her
Russ and kind and professional from start to finish. He connected with our dog quickly and at drop off we could see the respectful connection between Russ and our dog. Russ sent frequent photos at every stop and communicated with us throughout the trip to let us know his location, what hotel they would stay in, and their estimated time of arrival. We have never used a service like this before - but Russ was amazing!! We would highly recommend him to friends and family. Thanks so much Russ! 🐾
