AVOID THIS SHIPPER! I am active duty military and my pregnant wife was flying in from Italy overseas by herself with or Australian Shepherd. Stephanie was responsive in the beginning when she needed her deposit. I asked her for an invoice and she told me she would get it that evening when she was home. I never received it. This happened twice and then she stopped responding all together. I sent her a text the week of the shipping and told her I was concerned because she hasn’t responded, she read it, and didn’t respond until the next day and said she was sorry but she was out of service for a few days. This was not true because I could see she read every one of my messages sent prior (I have the screenshots of the messages and that she read them when I sent them and indeed did have signal). I again asked for the invoice and reminded her my wife would fly in the next day and gave her, her contact information. She again didn’t respond. I was never rude I was polite the entire time (Again I have all the screenshots). I went to bed to wake up the day she was supposed to pick him up and she CANCELLED the day of. She didn’t message me telling me there was an issue or let me know she would be cancelling. Why would you do that to someone in this situation? My wife is stuck in a place where she knows no one and has a flight scheduled. She still has our deposit and has blocked my number. Please don’t make the mistake we did!

We had the opportunity to work with JaJa as he brought our dog (Miles) from Ohio to Florida. This was the best experience we could ask for. - He provide pictures every 1-2 hours - He provided videos ' - He provided location - The vehicle he travelled in was very clean! Not one time did we have any concerns or felt nervous during this experience. Miles even stayed on a hotel! I have since referred JaJa to multiple people. Definitely one of the best out there!

Jesus was truly amazing!! He was giving me news about my puppy without me asking him, facetime and pictures when I requested it. I would recommend him to my friends and family for sure!

Samantha and her husband were absolutely amazing!! Our dogs did great during the entire transport and they kept us updated every step of the way! Our dog Waylon always gets car sick and both dogs are normally very anxious on car rides but both dogs did great! They arrived healthy and happy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to transport their pets!!

Larry is the best in the business. Affordable pricing prompt responses, and he goes above and beyond for your pet. I also had some items brought with my dog, and he treated everything that I asked for as if it was his own items. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Larry.

Sweetest woman ive met in a long time. She accommodated everything so everyone would be comfortable with the delivery. And She was absolutely amazing with the puppies. Out of everyone who offered, I'm very glad I accepted her bid.

Falon drove our shih tzu from California all the way to Virginia. She kept us up to date before her pickup all the way through her travels and delivery, so we would know the expectations on timing for delivery. It was clear that she cared very much for our dog while in her care. She gave us pictures frequently and also let us know about our dog’s wellbeing. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Falon’s professionalism and would definitely hire her again!

They were excellent!!!! We had a problem with the person who we were shipping the dog back too and this company was so patient and waited hours for the person to show up! I will highly recommend them. They were on time and dropped the dog off the same day. Communication was excellent and I was 100% satisfied with this company and how friendly and understanding they are!!!!!! 10/10

This was my first experience utilizing CitizenShipper & Sam made me feel more than comfortable with the entire process. He was very responsive, prompt and the pick up and drop off went smoothly. They transported my two dogs from Los Angeles to Louisiana. They made sure to update me as far as timing and scheduling and were quick to answer any question I had. Would 100% use them again in the future.
