okay first let me start off by sayingā¦ VERY PROFESSIONAL. she made sure to have all the things she needed for the trip; like cat litter box, extra dog leash, and extra cat bowl. she drove my cat AND dog from NY to VA. She gave me updates and pictures of them, made sure i had her location at all times, and she made sure to take stops and take my dog on walks. i was skeptical at first booking through a website and with a stranger that i had never met before but she did an amazing job and very trust worthy. she was so very sweet too loved her energy!! very VERY good communicator. if i could give her 10 stars āļø i would. i love my pets as if they were my children lol so to know they were in good hands made me feel so comfortable and took the weight off my shoulders while i was traveling i had absolutely no worries or stress while traveling to va.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. They picked up my 2 Chihuahuas in Las Vegas on Monday. Flew with them on the plane to Atlanta and arrived Monday evening. They sent pictures before boarding and after. They did very well flying. Since I had to work that evening, instead of them delivering them to my home, I picked them up from the hotel the next morning. Everything went very smoothly.
