My experience after working with Arete, I DONāT recommend them. 1 star for getting my pet from point A to point B. Arete did the pick up. Then added everyone involved in a group message. It took 4 days of traveling from Texas-Washington. We received usually a photo or a 7-10sec quick video of him from an elevated angle, pointing downward. When my dog arrived it was late night & dark outside. When I brought my dog inside I realized some blood on the floor. I looked all around him and found pressure sores on his paws, elbows & Hocks. If I could post photos and videos of this I would. I had to take him to the vet today because the wounds are oozing and now heās on meds and is in constant pain. If there was in fact there is a Vet 24/7, we should have been notified of his wounds and/or should have been treated. They should have check on my pet in their care. Thereās no way they couldnāt have seen these wounds. Please save your pet from being picked up by this company. You might end up having to take your pet straight to the vet.

He updated me on his every move and continue to communicate with not just text , but with calls and pictures and live videos through out .. I can honestly say that this is one company i highly recommend to others.. If you looking for someone whoās fair on they price and making sure your furry friend is šÆ percent well taken care of .
