We received our boat this afternoon. Justin and Michelle were great. I had talked to them a couple weeks ago about delivering our boat from Wisconsin to California. We agreed on a date for delivery as we were going to be gone. They picked up the boat on the day that we had scheduled. On their travels we received several updates as to where they were and status on the delivery. They did not have any issues or trouble on the way here. We received our boat in excellent condition. I would use this team and refer them for future deliveries It was a new experience for this type of delivery and it could not have been any better.

My experience with APL started upon receiving and. Accepting a great shipping quote to pick up my recently Purchased Honda Goldwing 1500 Trike in New York and shipping it to me in Arizona. My entire experience was dealing with the same person who I dealt with upon accepting the bid right up until the day it was delivered. His name is Louis Kennedy. One of the things that impressed me very much was that whenever I called with a question, Louis was always available to talk with me, he had given me his personal cell phone. When the delivery date was getting quite close, APL implemented a new computer program that allowed me to find out exactly where my trike was in fact it was delivered a day earlier than originally expected. Needless to say, that made me very happy. and I would definitely use APL and Citizen shipper again and do highly recommend their services. Sorry I wasn’t able to attach pictures but just imagine the most beautiful candy red Goldwing trike with lots of chrome you have ever seen .... that’s mine. John drove our 2 year old boxer/beagle, Charlie, from Pittsburgh to Denver. The whole experience was very pleasant. He sent updates along the way with pictures. He let Charlie ride in the back of his SUV and only had him in his kennel as needed. He arrive in Denver in a timely fashion. There was a little mix up with Charlie’s bag so John drove 40 miles out of his way and back to my parent’s house to sort it out. I would highly recommend using John for your pet shipment needs. His rates are very competitive and you can tell he truly cares about the animals he is transporting. We will use John again in the future if we need his service.

It is ridiculous that I cannot give a zero star rating. I planned this shipment FOUR weeks ago and figured out all the logistics and planned MY travel around this. I contacted to follow up FOUR days ago. I set extensive information about what I would bring and what time and date the arrival and drop off were and he REPLIED making it seem like everything was all good!! On the day of, I had everything completely prepared an hour in advance. I waited for HOURS and sent increasingly desperate messages and this inconsiderate jerk didn’t say a word. Now it’s five hours later and he never showed. Now I have to cancel ALL my plans and will miss an incredibly important family event. DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS SHIPPER YOU WILL REGRET IT. In fact you probably shouldn’t even use citizen shipper if their people are this flaky. Certainly shouldn’t trust anyone like him with an animal you love and care for.

Tate is awesome and was very good giving me updates throughout the whole trip. He is a huge animal lover and handled my new son with kid gloves. He was in the back seat with a blanket and toys. There was no crate so no need to worry about a used crate giving kennel cough. Tate sent a lot of pictures and was just incredible. These sites are tough as we don't know who is picking up or responding. I felt comfortable asap once I spoke to Tate. I had to pay extra for him to rent a trailer. He then left the shipment with his helper in Los Angeles and the helper had to fend for himself to complete the delivery and hire an additional helper. Do not even think of hiring this guy.

Recently I had to move across country from San Francisco to Florida. With two big dogs to move I studied my options whether to fly them or hire somebody to drive them across country. I concluded from my studies that the airlines have a long way to go to treating animals kindly or even humanely. So I found citizen shipper and interviewed the candidates. They all seemed responsible, but Sherry L rose to the top of my list. You can tell that she loves animals, and she loves your animals. My dogs did not get moved from point A to point B, they got a holiday! I didn't expect that at all! Along the way she made stops at rivers, and islands and at relatives homes with big backyards and more loving human attention. Sherry sent me photos along the way and text me frequently so that I would feel comfortable. I didn't need that, I knew that I could trust her even though my dogs are large and willful and sometimes escape artists! My dogs had a blast! And Sherry was so wonderful! She cares deeply and treats your pets as if they were hers.
