The pick-up time was off by about 4 hours (though they do travel with a baby and I was kept informed of the delay at all times) 2. I have only good things to say about all paws headed home. Jeremy, the driver who picked up our dog was very friendly, he sent us a texts along the way to tell us how her dog was doing, arrived earlier than anticipated and was very helpful when dropping off the dog at the destination. Also, I was able to reach and speak with the owner of all paws headed home regarding proper payment for the shipment . I was able to speak with the owner in person and she picked up the phone on the first or second ring. I spoke to her directly and never had to leave a message on an answering machine. How often does that happen nowadays? I highly recommend all paws it home without reservation. However I must tell you that the CitizenShipper website for the iPad/iPhone was a little clunky and I had problems excepting the initial bid which I found a bit frustrating. But that was not due to all paws headed home. Five stars for All Paws Headed Home.

Emi did a great job getting Blu to us safely. She took her time (about a week). Blu had plenty of time along the way to get out of the car, go to the bathroom, run around, relax, so as not be cooped up in a car for 8 or 10 hours. After all, it was a 1000+ mile trip. Emi even bought Blu a new harness and a bag of food along the way. I'm sure Blu got plenty of face and neck rubs along the way as well. She even rubbed coconut oil around the pads of his paws. Blu seemed to arrive happy. So we are happy too.

Loretta was great! She was easy to contact and during the trip, she kept us updated on her ETA and sent us pictures of our new puppy. She updated us when she needed to push back her ETA because our little pup got car sick- so Loretta stopped-off to wash her up. What I appreciated most was when Loretta dropped her off to us, we talked to her briefly, and it looked like she would miss our new little girl - she even gave her a kiss goodbye. My biggest concern hiring transport was that whomever we chose would execute the job without caring for puppy-- it was incredibly obvious that Loretta cares about the sweet animals she transports while being incredibly professional. Okay, so Emi was absolutely great. Let me just say one thing that happened to me. I accepted some guy with 1 review to ship my puppy to me and he scammed me, got my bank involved, his price was a lot cheaper which is why I went to him at first. But after the scam incident I accepted Emi’s offer. She was kind enough to negotiate with me. She kept me updated, kept my Pekingese Nami safe and calm. She was late but I did not mind. Emi was really really nice and offered to come deliver Nami even though she would arrive at 1am. I would recommend her to do the job and get it done efficiently. please be careful for scams. John was great!!! Door to door transport, and texting his cell phone for communication. Getting to my door was a little off with timing, delays kept happing, but this is understandable being on the road with unpredictable traffic. Payment was at time of delivery and was easy to process with a few options. I didn’t have to do a vet visit and have paperwork ready for him. Didn’t have to worry about airports or trains & putting my dog in a kennel. He drove my beagle from Flordia to Maryland in good time, sending pictures throughout the trip. He would update me on his ETA and how the pup was doing, responding in good time whenever I would text. My dog looked very relaxed and comfortable the whole time. He would take her on walks, and send pictures. He works with you on timing, if the drop off is inconvenient at 2am for example, he would hold off until a more convenient hour. I was unsure on using this method of transport, but he proved to me its very good way to go. Truly a great decision using John, and very thankful to have him for this experience. I would definitely use him again for pet transport!!!
