Patrick and his team were amazing.Reliable, dependable, and very punctual. I requested updates twice a day, and they did just that. If I could give zero stars I would. They simply refused to communicate(proof in my messages on citizen shipper) wouldn't answer the phone, late 3 days(which means my dog was on the road 5 days, driver gave me the wrong papers and promised me he'd mail the right ones to me, which I still haven't received. --and to top it off, the driver said that was his last drop off for them because of how they run their business. No exaggeration, no drama and no nonsense. This review is 100% accurate and I'm still mad because they screwed up a special birthday for my daughter who was receiving the dog.

I was in a pickle, needed to ship my mother-in-law's dog on short notice from Florida to Kansas. The team of people at All Paws were lifesavers. Not only were they affordable, I needed someone to communicate with Florida while I was in Kansas. They did this with ease and understanding. They updated me if they were behind or ahead of schedule. I was able to follow the google maps GPS link they provided to get an idea of the progress and an estimate of where they were at all times. The driver communicated with me when he was close by. The dig arrived safe and sound and unscathed, naturally, after a pet traveled for that amount of distance it takes a little while for them to settle down, which in our case the dog's recovery time was within hours, and I attribute that to the well-trained staff and the exceptional way they handle their precious cargo. Across the board, financially, communication, and professionalism, I give this great company a 10+ rating. I would definitely recommend them and they will be the first call I make if their services are needed in the future. Thanks Guys you are wonderful.

The driver (Luis) was responsive and available. However, shipment was canceled the day before. This left me with little to no options and also a non-refundable booking fee. Luckily I did not pay him before pickup as I would be trying to recover that money as well.

Gene did a wonderful job transporting my puppy to me from the breeder. He arrived at the pickup point right on time, and he was at my house in record time for the delivery! He answered my questions in a timely manner before the trip, and during the trip, he was accessible by phone for me to call him. He also let me know when he was almost at my house so I could be outside and waiting for his arrival! I was very excited to see my puppy for the first time when Gene pulled up outside! Gene is very kind, and his co-transporter, Nancy, is as well. They both cared for my puppy and also were very accommodating when I asked for special care for my puppy since he was so very young at the time of transport. I highly recommend Gene!

I was cleaning out my email and and found one from CitizenShipper asking me to rate my experience since my delivery was completed. The request was made in Sept. 2016 but the delivery was never attempted. Ben said that his vehicle was being serviced and while the vehicle could make it to the destination we requested he would need up front funding or at least partial funding to make the trip. He stated that he had contact CitizenShipper about the issue. I never heard back and we decided to not ship with him but I was out the confirmation payment.

What a great experience. I had my 9 week old labradoodle "Midnight" delivered to Charleston SC from Lafayette Louisiana and couldn't be happier. Communication was great and they were able to meet the high demands of a puppy during the long travel. It took two days and they were able to arrive earlier than planned which was what I was hoping for. Such a great experience. We were nervous at first cause we never had to ship our dogs anywhere but Patrick put our minds at ease and was very nice and informative. She came and picked up my dog in Oklahoma on time, took pictures when the journey started, took pictures and sent them to me at every stop, she even sent me a live look at her location for the trip using the "Waze" app. Delivery was on time and she even brought her own dog to keep mine company during the trip. I was a little hesitant to use this service because I didn't know anything about it and it seemed too good to be true. Bertha was incredible though! She was very professional. SHe was prompt. She picked up on time and dropped off in the window that she gave me. She gave updates on how the dog was doing and how her progression was going. She did amazing. The dog showed up happy and healthy and totally unfazed from an 1800 mile trip. Highly recommend Bertha for any of your shipping needs!

The team from CMA undertook a cross the USA job with me. I had them pick up a boat in Tennessee and deliver it to Oregon. They in turn had a deliver prior in Oklahoma and got it with traveling the last 600 miles in horrid weather. Though they were behind schedule, they kept me updated and loaded the boat at 11pm on a Sunday night and got going back to the West Coast. The team was professional, knew what they were doing and safely delivered the boat to my driveway in Oregon 4 days later. I would highly recommend them based solely on their honest effort to get to me as safely as possible and then work hard to deliver within the contracted period.
