Hi! My name is Jill. I’m located in central Indiana, which makes it convenient to travel in any direction. I pull and rehabilitate pups from high kill shelters before placing them in their forever homes. I also Rover for many local clients. I’ve been training dogs for the last 20 years and have a deep love of all animals. While working in rescue, I recognized the need for reliable and SAFE transportation of pets. I’ve traveled cross-country with multiple dogs and cats of varying sizes and have significant experience handling flight risk animals. Your pet’s safety and well-being is my utmost concern. All kennels on board are Rufflands or Lucky Ducks. These are crash tested kennels and the safest rides for your pets. Crates are sanitized after each animal, as well as bowls, leashes, etc. Healthy travel is very important to me. Your pet should be CLEAN and in good grooming order. Any pet found to have pests or deemed unfit (physically or behavioral) for travel will result in a cancellation of transportation and loss of deposit. Large dogs should be familiar with kenneling and be able to load and unload without a fight. Proof of vaccination will be required within 48 hours of pickup. Failure to provide records may result in the cancellation of transportation and loss of deposit. Solo VIP travel is available upon request, as long as it doesn’t conflict with previously booked clients. Solo VIP travel will require a significantly higher fee. Flight nanny experienced. If you wish to fly your pet in cabin, vaccination records must be provided at least 72 hours prior to flight. Any cancellation after ticket has been booked will result in the loss of deposit. Please pack enough food for the duration of the trip, as changes in diet can result in upset tummies. Please provide the following for travel: harness, collar, and two leashes. Pets will be double leashed when outside of the vehicle. This is to ensure the safety of your pet, especially for more skittish travelers. If you are unable to provide these items, please advise within 48 hours of pickup. Payment over $1k: A 50% deposit is required at booking and can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Apple Pay. The remaining balance must be paid at delivery. I also accept payment via Stripe, which offers payment plans for your transportation needs. Any bookings under $1k are due in whole at the time of booking. Please reach out for more information. Cancellations: Must be made 48 hours prior to pick up to allow for route alterations. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to pick up will result in a loss of deposit. Damages: If your pet causes irreparable damage to crates or items on board, you will be assessed the cost of replacement. While I have high anxiety dog crates on board, they are not above destruction should you have a particularly challenging pet. This cost is due at delivery and must be paid prior to releasing the pet to its destination. I am a well-seasoned pet owner, rescuer, transporter, and traveler. Stress free pet transport really does exist. My name is Laurie Tucci from Massachusetts. I am an experienced flight nanny and ground transporter for dogs, cats, bunnies, and birds. I travel nationwide by air and ground so your pet can be delivered safely and comfortably without added stress. I am USDA certified, insured, and have a spotless driving record. I am also a non-smoker. To ensure quality care, I only transport a small number of pets at one time, usually no more than four or five depending on their sizes. This allows me to focus on each animal’s comfort and well-being. My goal is always to create the calmest and most secure environment possible for every journey. I recently added Roy to my team, a longtime friend and fellow animal lover. He is responsible, attentive, and provides excellent communication. Roy assists with both ground transports and flights, helping ensure every trip runs smoothly while maintaining the same level of care and reliability my clients expect. I am also familiar with transporting pets to Hawaii, which has stricter requirements than the mainland. From quarantine guidelines to paperwork and health certifications, I understand the additional steps involved and can help ensure pets meet every requirement for a smooth entry. For ground transportation, I provide door-to-door service unless a meeting point is planned in advance. My vehicle is climate controlled and equipped with GPS tracking. I also carry a dog ramp for older pets or those with mobility issues. Pets are given regular breaks for food, water, and exercise. For air transport, I accompany pets in the cabin to keep them close and comfortable. In many cases, a flight is a better option than ground travel because it gets pets to their new homes faster and with less stress, even if it means a slightly higher cost. I accept cash (local pickup only), Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and all major credit cards (3% processing fee applies). I also offer financing options for added flexibility. A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours unless I must cancel, in which case the refund is issued within 24 hours. Please confirm availability before accepting a bid as I may request some flexibility with scheduling. I believe in open communication and provide regular photo and video updates so you can see your pet’s comfort during travel. My clients know their pets are cared for as if they were my own, and that peace of mind is priceless. Tips for choosing the right transporter: • Ask what type of vehicle will be used and confirm that it is ventilated and climate controlled. • Confirm how often pets are given breaks for food, water, and bathroom needs. • Ask how many pets will be traveling together and if there will be enough space for them to rest comfortably. • Find out how additional pickups or drop-offs may affect your pet’s schedule. • Ensure the transporter has a backup plan and funds to cover unexpected vehicle issues. • For puppies, confirm that the transporter follows a strict “No Paws on the Ground” policy to prevent exposure to diseases like Parvo. • Ask about awareness of conditions like hypoglycemia and whether the transporter knows how to respond if it occurs. • Confirm that the transporter understands safe practices if using Benadryl and that they only use it when absolutely necessary. • Check their safety protocol in case an animal gets loose during a stop. • Request GPS tracking and regular photo or video updates. • Always verify USDA registration, insurance, and obtain a copy of the driver’s license. I provide airport to airport only services as a pet transporter dedicated to transporting your beloved pets in cabin US commercial airlines safely and quickly. Before I started on the citizenshipper website I was transporting cats and dogs professionally for 3 years. I consider myself a dependable person who loves animals and you can rest assured your pet will be safe with me. I will pick up your pet in your closest airport and drop it off at your airport closest destination. Please arrange for drop off and pick up at origination and destination major airports. I will provide my own airline approved pet carrier for transport and I'll take it back with me once delivery is complete. Before you book, the client will need to ensure the animal fits inside the pet carrier per airlines travel policy. My pet carrier dimensions are 19"L x 12"H x 12"D. Once delivery is completed I'll take the pet carrier with me. I aim to provide direct flights whenever possible to minimize the time the pets spend in transit. I do not fly pets in cargo and I can transport your pet same day ASAP if possible. I transport cats, young puppies and small/medium dogs. I do not require a health certificate or vaccination history for the delivery. If you have paperwork I will be happy to deliver any paperwork along with the pet on the delivery. I will also send pictures and updates during the trip for your ease and comfort. The airfare and pet fees are already included in my bid and no deposit will be required on our side. Full payment can be made once your animal arrived safely at the airport with me. No pets are released until balance is paid in full at the airport destination. Pets traveling first time or not trained on kennels get really anxious so it is recommended to train them on kennels at least a week in advance or offer the animal some stress reliever or calming meds prescribed by a licensed veterinarian an hour before pickup to avoid any behavior issues which can result in denied boarding with the airline. Once you book with me, two days prior delivery day I will create a group text message with shipper and receiver contact info where we can all communicate on delivery day. There I will explain details about flight info, updates, payment, meeting locations, airport, among other details. The two airports and times will be my discretion, due to availability, schedule, and flight loads. ****Citizenshipper charges a separate booking fee which is not part of my delivery fee. Shared trips follow a planned route and work best with flexible dates. • Private household transportation: A dedicated trip exclusively for your household’s pets, with pickup and delivery arrangements planned around your needs. COMFORT AND CARE ON THE ROAD Pets travel in my climate-controlled 2020 Honda Pilot with sanitized crates and travel supplies. Each passenger is secured while the vehicle is moving, with regular stops for water, care and appropriate bathroom breaks. Before pickup, we discuss your pet’s age, size, temperament, feeding routine and any special handling needs. When an overnight stay is needed, I arrange accommodations at a pet-friendly hotel, where your pet stays with me. COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE JOURNEY I communicate with you at pickup and send regular progress updates, photos and videos along the route. At every rest stop, I provide a location update—typically every three to four hours, depending on the needs of the passengers on board. As delivery approaches, I coordinate the arrival window with the recipient. If traffic, weather or a passenger’s care needs affect the schedule, I keep you informed. PREPARING FOR YOUR PET’S TRIP Please have your pet’s usual food, feeding instructions and required health and vaccination documents ready at pickup. I Love, love LOVE animals & traveling. I have been deciding on a new career, now that my children are all grown & have decided to incorporate two of my most beloved things, animals & traveling. I have driven many times from coast to coast, so I am an experienced & safe driver. I will take the bestest care of your pet, puppy, kitten, dog or cat of any size! Great communication with photo & even FaceTime calls during the transport. I will supply food & treats, & of course lots of love along the way! I am a pet parent too, and understand the stress of trusting another person with your beloved companion. I use safety crates for dogs and cats. I have and will provide travel crates of all sizes in line with USDA regulations that are anchored inside my vehicle. Crates are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every transport. Car travel can sometimes be rough on our furry friends, and we all need to stretch our legs. You can expect your pup to be exercised 20-30 minutes per stop (weather and pet temperament depending) with stops every 3-4 hrs during the day or more on an as needed basis. We also visit at least one pup park per day for off-leash run/play time! Puppy transport - puppies under 16wks of age are not put on the ground at any time! We use disposable puppy pads and sanitize often to keep little ones safe and healthy! Our "no ground touch" policy keeps puppies away from parvo and other life threatening illnesses. Once hired you will be provided with my contact information. Please feel free to call or text me to confirm any special shipping needs as well as confirming your contact information. All of my transports are contracted and you should expect to receive an email with the contract for you to review and sign. I am also available at all times (24/7) for any questions you may have. *** if you choose me to safely & lovingly transport you pet, I do require a 50% deposit at time of booking with rest of payment upon pickup of your fur baby. We are an independent service called “My Pet Chauffeur” & we using this site, CitizenShipper, to locate potential/additional customers needing transport. *PLEASE BE ADVISED* if you choose to book anyone using this site there are additional fees this site requires you pay prior to exchange of any contact or payment information. We operate throughout the continental US & have been transporting domestic & exotic pets cross country on average 2-3 times a month for the last 6 years for owners, breeders & rescuers. It is not a hobby, nor is it for leisure or past time so please understand that we take this very serious. Transports are completed as quickly & safely possible. IF YOU DESIRE VIP/Solo PLEASE MAKE THAT KNOWN & understand it is higher price from a shared transport in order to cover travel costs (All pets are kept & cared for separately) We provide Live GPS tracking and video/picture updates of your pet throughout transport. Dogs who are old enough to touch the ground are walked watered and fed seperately and multiple times a day. Cats are cuddled and cared for but not allowed to roam free. Although we are able to provide food we may ask you as the owner to provide a bit of food that your pet is already used to eating.
