What you can expect during transit: -consistent and clear communication -pictures and location sharing -concern for your pets safety and health What your pet can expect during transit: -a clean and sanitized area free from germs or disease -fresh linens and comfort -regular stops for exercise, bathroom breaks, and attention **All dogs and puppies are required to be up to date on shots and have a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian no more than 10 days prior to transport. No puppies under 8 weeks. For puppies 16 weeks and younger, I practice a no paws on the ground policy for their protection from disease. Because I do care about the well being of your loved ones, I carry insurance coverage specifically designed to protect your pets health. I am trained and certified in pet first aid by the Red Cross, have 24/7 access to virtual licensed veterinarians, and coverage that covers any possible visits to clinics across the country if needed. Please notify me of any medications and directions for administration; this will enable me to provide the best service as possible to you and to help keep your loved ones healthy. I do prefer food to be provided by you so as not to disrupt your pet's diet. If you need me to provide the food we can work that out as well. I will of course provide plenty of fresh water for them throughout their journey with me. VIP rides are available but must be requested unless already mentioned in your posting. Unless your posting includes a request for a VIP ride the initial bid will be for a shared ride. **TERMS AND CONDITIONS** I strive to be as punctual and efficient as possible; please understand that things like traffic and weather may delay delivery times, but you will be provided updates if and when a delay may occur. Your pets safety and mine are the highest priority. I do require a 50% payment upon acceptance of the delivery agreement and the other 50% upon delivery. Currently I accept payments through Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Cash is also acceptable at the time of delivery. An invoice for services provided will be issued at delivery but can also be emailed. All deposits and initial bids are negotiable. **Citizenshipper collects their own booking fee. This is separate from my bid and our delivery agreement. **Cancellations - I won’t but if there was ever a reason I needed to cancel, you will receive 100% of your deposit back. If you need to cancel for any reason please give a 48 hour notice before pickup to receive a full refund. Any cancellations within the 48 hour time-frame before the agreed time of pickup will forfeit the deposit. I very much look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!

Citizens BOOKING FEES are separate from my transport fees. In my pictures I have included the BOOKING FEES that Citizens charges. One is for non dogs (lower$) and the other is dogs only (higher$) For 17 years I have been delivering for my wife's breeding businesses of rabbits and dogs: Shauna's Hollands, Smoky Mountain Spaniels, and Shauna's Newfs. Now, I have decided to start helping other breeders by offering a cheaper transport alternative by choosing shipments that are along my current routes for my wife's business. I am located close to Fall Creek Falls state park in Tennessee. This means that I am centrally located to 13 states and can be to any of them in a few hours. I currently use rental vehicles since I travel long distances. The rentals have lower millage and therefore less chances of breaking down.

I am very experienced with transporting animals and look forward to hauling yours with the most love and attention. We have raised puppies for 22 years, as well as volunteered for animals shelters. We have transported our own puppies 1000s of miles. We also travel and go to many destinations. We are licensed foster parents and our kiddos are involved and very caring towards the animals. We have hauled everything from reptiles to farm animals and exotics, and we are open to anything! We will provide nice kennels, set up in our 24 foot winnebego. Cats will have a nice black wire kennel, complete with litterbox and toys. We will stop to potty every 2-6 hours, depending on their individual needs. We never stop at common potty areas such as rest areas or designated parks, as this increases the potential for diseases such as parvo. We find a nice spot, off the beaten path, where we can comfortably walk them. We also have quick set up kennels that we utilize for puppies. Animals will have fresh water and clean dishes at all times. Food will be offered at owners discretion. Please consider us for the care and transport of your critter!

For the safety and comfort of all pets during transport, each pet must have their own individual kennel. I ask that you provide an appropriately sized kennel/crate for your pet (NO wire-only crates per USDA regulations.) I have a few crates from small to extra large which may be used upon availability and prior request, as I don’t carry them with me to save space. I ask that you please provide enough of your fur baby’s food for the length of our trip plus a minimum of two extra days, in the unlikely event of an unforeseen delay. To confirm your booking and secure your reservation, I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The rest is due one hour before delivery unless you’re paying cash on delivery. Important Booking Information: Please note that the Citizenshipper app charges its own service/booking fee, which is separate to my bid amount. In order to exchange contact details and arrange payment, I must be selected as the winning bidder through the website. No bookings are considered secure until a deposit has been received. Shipper shall provide the animals regular food and/or supplements, if any, for the trip plus a minimum of 2 additional days; 2. Properly sized crate for the pet to be provided by shipper and shall be delivered with pet at drop-off; 3. Shipper must provide current proof of vaccinations, including valid Rabies Certificate, prior to pick-up; 4. Shipper/authorized representative/receiver shall be available no later than 30 minutes of proposed time for pick-up. If unavailable or delayed any length of time beyond 30 minutes, shipper may be assessed a non-refundable fee of $50.00. After one hour, the transport shall be considered canceled and driver will leave the location. This fee is in addition to the agreed upon bid amount. Assessed Fee, if any, shall be paid prior to driver taking possession of pet at pick-up; 5. Final payment is due a minimum of 1 hour prior to delivery; 6. Shipper understand that any changes to the agreed upon conditions (pick-up/drop-off location, time, date, etc.) between shipper and driver, may result in a change to the original bid amount for the transport; 7. Shipper shall provide to driver, prior to pick-up the name(s) and telephone number(s) of the person(s) to be present at the pick-up and drop-off locations;
