NOTE: WE ARE SANITIZING ALL EQUIPMENT AND USING SANITIZER ON OUR HANDS BEFORE HANDLING YOUR PETS. We are a US Veteran family based in the North Bay of California owned and operated business that takes great pride in treating your pet like family. We have a lifetime of pet ownership and traveling with pets. We only do solo VIP rides and same litter/same household pets. We do have a 'No Paws on the Ground' policy for pups under the age of 16 weeks as per USDA rules and regulations. We supply USDA compliant travel crates ( by compliant I mean NO WIRE CAGES and pet is never loose in a moving car) up to size XLG, food, bottled water, stainless steel dishes, healthy treats(if permitted), collars/harnesses, leashes, and a new toy for them to keep. We stop at least every 3-4 hours to let dogs get exercise and/or to check on cats/puppies and to clean up their kennels(or when the puppies soil the kennel. We also have a ramp for the older animals who cannot or will not jump into a vehicle. My wife and son are the drivers, with my wife having worked both as a nurse and working in the local humane society clinic while putting herself through nursing school. Payment is 1/2 at time of pick up and remainder due at delivery. We do run gps share so you can track the progress of your pet and give updates and pics at least 3x daily.

Seamless from start to finish relocation of my 16.5 year old cat. Excellent communication up to the arranged date of pick up plus constant communication while on the road. This driver ( Billie) and her son are stellar! They normally transport pets but for me they transported a large stand up paddleboard quickly, safely and at a very reasonable cost. They continually stayed in touch with me during their trip and met me with the board ahead of schedule. I'm incredibly impressed. Also, they loved on my dog who was at the drop off and I now know that they can be trusted with pets too! Great folks these. John Frachella.

We had a great experience when we needed our puppy picked up, which required a 3 hour round trip for the team. They made good timing, they kept me updated on my pup and everything was a smooth experience. I will use this team again in the future!
