Teresa was excellent! She was helpful and answered all my concerning questions. She made the entire experience a breeze. She let me know when she picked up the dog sent me photos throughout transport and made sure our boy got home safe and sound. I would highly recommend her. I wish I could give higher then 5 stars. Very great service and take a good care for my pup! She knows exactly what a dog needs during the trip. Respond frequently, and update tons of pics and videos during the trip, so you can check on the status of the dog. Highly recommend if your dog doesn’t have any experience on long time trip!

Teresa is the best we had a schedule time an I asked her a week early to go the next day an she did with no problem. Awesome communication. Took very good care of my tiny pup gave her food, water, toys, etc.. text me several times for update. Trip was 4 plus hrs and she stopped for her to go to bathroom. My puppy was happy not shaking or scared at all. This is the best experience I have had and I used this company a few times. An her prices are unreal I don't know how she can do it so cheap. If I ever need this service I hope she can fo it for me. Thank you so much ?

You could not ask anymore of a puppy transport driver then Theresa demonstrated. She periodically notified you of your puppy's status and even sent brief videos and pictures. You felt extremely confident in your puppy's safety and care with her.
