Greetings! Welcome to 5 Star Pet Relocation Services LLC Before reading we want you to know that WE ONLY DO SOLO TRANSPORTS we don’t believe shared transports are the safest way to transport. We do not post a bid up front because we book so quickly this avoids the possibility that a bid is accepted when in fact our schedule is already full for the dates you need. We not only book through CitizenShipper but we book through other sites as well as our own 5 Star Pet Relocation Services website. Please do not hesitate to ask for a quote. My name is Risa, my son Jason and I are the proud owners of 5 Star Pet Relocation Services LLC based out of Carver, Massachusetts. We are a veteran owned company. We can transport your pet and if you need us to we can also transport your vehicle. We are have experience in transporting all types of pets. We mainly transport cats and dogs but we have also transported fragile pets like rabbits, guinea pigs, chameleons and birds just to name a few. We are very comfortable in transporting pets that are not use to traveling, don’t travel well, have special needs, anxiety or need medication. Our drivers have passed a background check, are fully insured and have been approved by CitizenShipper. We are registered through the USDA as Class T Carriers under the Animal Welfare Act (7 U.S.C. 2131 et seq.) One of our drivers (Marshall) has a service dog that rides with him (not on vehicle transports). The dog is very well behaved and rides in the front seat next to Marshall. If this is a problem for you we can make sure that he is not assigned to your transport. WE: ⭐️ have trained, experienced and fully insured pet transporters ⭐️ carry $2,000,000 Pet Insurance on all of our drivers ⭐️ have 24/7 access to an on call vet thru First Vet (we have never had to use this service) ⭐️ we provide you with a comprehensive contract that confirms our commitment to complete your transport as agreed ⭐️ provide a stress free comfortable transport ⭐️ clean and sanitized our vehicles and the equipment your pet(s) come in contact with before every transport ⭐️ take the necessary steps to have supplies on board needed to clean up any unexpected messes so your pet(s) is always in a comfortable, safe and clean environment throughout the transport. ⭐️ require that you send a copy of your pets vet records prior to the transport WE GUARANTEE YOUR PET(S) WILL ARRIVE SAFE ~ HEALTHY ~ HAPPY!!!! DURING THE TRANSPORT: We provide fresh bottled water, we ask you to provide any food or treats that your pet(s) will need. If you are transporting a cat we ask that you provide the litter. Your pet will be fed on the feeding schedule you provide to us. We are prepared to provide crates, bedding, blankets, leashes and litter boxes if needed. We have a ramp for pets that need extra assistance to access our vehicles. We also have a small refrigerator to accommodate any medication or food that needs refrigeration. We stay in contact with you through text regarding our progress toward the destination. We also send you pictures and updates on your pet(s) along the way. TRAVEL: For the safety of your pet(s) as well as ours, we stop every 3 - 4 hours or sooner, depending on the needs of your pet(s) to stretch and provide your pet(s) with exercise, water, food/snacks, and playtime. Typically, we are on the road for 12 hours per day (approximately 600 miles) then we stop for a longer rest break. ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our bid is based on the information you gave in your post. If your pick up or drop off location, what you are transporting, or your dates change the bid may change due to the circumstances. PAYMENTS: We accept payments made through credit card. A 5% processing fee is charged for using these mobile payment services (this is what the credit card companies charge us). We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your transport time. You will receive a final invoice via text or email on the day of delivery. The balance is due on the date of delivery upon receipt of final invoice prior to delivery. As with any service industry tips/gratuity to the driver for the excellent service that will be provided is greatly appreciated. CITIZEN SHIPPER BOOKING FEE: Please keep in mind that there is a "Booking Fee" charged by CitizenShipper to utilize their webpage and platform. This fee is not included in our quoted rate nor do we receive any of this fee. This transaction is handled directly between you and CitizenShipper. CITIZEN SHIPPER CONTACT POLICY: Per CitizenShipper policy we cannot exchange personal contact information until you accept our bid. After accepting our bid CitizenShipper will release our personal contact information and we will be able to communicate freely about details of the transport. 5 Star Pet Relocation Services is amazing!!! I was sent almost 30 different messages from different people and companies willing to drive my dog Nala from Florida to New Jersey and narrowed it down to 5 Star Pet Relocation Services. One for their previous reviews and photos, second for their certifications and prices, and third for the immediate assurance they gave me via chat for all my questions. Once booked I was in constant contact with the owner and the driver of 5 Star for Nala until she arrived. The driver got her here faster then I could have imagined and most importantly safely and happy! I could not ask for better service and care to transport my dog across the country. Everyone was so accommodating and instructions were clear. Most extraordinary was Marshall's care of my dog throughout the trip. He provided regular updates with pictures and my dog seemed totally at peace -- and that is saying a lot for an anxious dog. When he finally did get to me, he was sad to see Marshall go. They developed quite a bond.. I recommend they highly and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I can’t possibly say more great things about Risa and 5 Star Pet Relocation Services! From our first communication, the team has been very professional and responsive. Risa kept in touch every few hours on her drive from MA to CA, sending pictures and updates on their drive. She called to check in twice on the 5 day trip, and was great about coordinating her planned drop off. It’s very obvious that Risa and her team cares about the pets they transport as if the pets are their own, which is all you can ask for when you are trusting your pets with someone else. My dog Denny was so comfortable and happy the entire trip!! I will absolutely be calling Risa to have her transport Denny back in a few years when we relocate back to Boston. Thank you Risa for making this such a great experience!
