Thomas C. was prompt, professional, and extremely caring with all aspects of transporting a 3 month old puppy from Salt Lake City, UT, all the way to Fairbanks, Alaska, traveling by air in-cabin. I would definitely use his services without looking elsewhere. He expedited what we thought wasn't possible, and made it happen within less than 24 hrs. Thomas worked with us through the entire process, and handled the majority of all of the details. Thomas C. deserves 100 stars!!

Very satisfied with this service. Angela provided Arie ( our new puppy) special loving attention from the beginning to the end. The entire travel time was 2 hours of flying and 3.5 hours in the car for Arie and Angela kept in touch with us the entire way either texting or calling us. I would definitely use Thomas and Ángela again and will recommend them to friends and family.
