Great delivery. Very fast and efficient

Our first driver cancelled on us, so we urgently needed someone to drive our fur babies from FL to CA. Steve was able to accommodate us last minute at a cheaper rate which was a bonus. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Our dogs made it to CA safe and sound. We would use always alert pet transport again in the future.

Steve was awesome with my puppy and was very attentive with answering all my questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend to anybody looking to safely transport their precious animals.

Steve picked my 4yo pit bull mix up in AZ and was transporting him to Florida, and right away I knew that he would be the right guy for the job. JuJu is not very good with people or other dogs, or anything breathing ? but when Steve got to our apartment, Juju barked once and it was on from there. Once he was in the van, and realized what was going on he barked like crazy, but once the van took off he seemed to have settled down. The vet provided sedatives for him to relax, but Steve instead that he didn’t like giving those to the animals, which made me feel good as a fur mom (didn’t really want my baby high). Steve stayed in contact with us throughout the trip, sending pictures and a lot of phone calls. When Juju got to Florida, he was a bit wired (wish he had taken the sedatives), but I’m certain that it was from all of the time that he spent in the cage on the road, because after a few days he wound down and is back to his normal self. If I had to do this all over again, I would surly use alwaysalertdogtraining/pet transport . I chose them because he specializes with aggressive breeds, and my baby is just that aggressive, but with Steve, he was puddy in his hands. Steve, thank you so much for all that you did!

My girls arrived so happy, he was very kind & easy to talk to. Definitely loves the bulldogs.

Steven was wonderful with my two dogs. He picked them up a couple of days early which worked out wonderfully for me as my dogs were upset and stressed while I was packing for an across country move. He called me and sent pictures along the way. He encouraged me to call anytime I would like. When I called he answered immediately and told me about little things that had done that helped me feel reassured that they were comfortable and happy. Steven did additional training with both my dogs during the trip so they were able to adapt to a different living environment than we had in NV. Steven delivered my dogs on time, the dogs were relaxed, healthy and happy. I would use Steven again- wonderful service and a friendly lovely man!

Steven was such an awesome companion for my dog to have on his long trip from Texas to California! He was super easy going and super flexible and made it to me with no issues and told me he was about ready to dognap my dog because he was so cute. He gave me the best deal and was so caring, thank you so much for everything!

Steve took great care of my belgian malinois! He was always easy to reach during transport and very informative. Highly recommend him!
