5/5 + ⭐️ Alex kept me updated every step of the way. He picked up a flight compatible pet carrier and even rented a car to bring Bear to me when my work schedule changed last minute. He shared his location on Google Maps for 24 hours. He let me know when he was headed to pick up the puppy, had the puppy, headed to the airport, boarding, taking off, landing, getting another rental car! ALL UNPROMPTED! It was literally better communication than I have with my own children and husband!!! Someone trained Alex well!!! If I ever need transportation again - I have Alex’s number and I’m contacting him directly! He’s just fantastic!!! Do. Not. Hesitate. Booking Alex. Thank you!!!! 🙏

Alex was communicative and got Yoshi safely to us in spite of some gnarly travel delays. We were grateful for his service!

Alex was amazing! He reunited us with our Pearl after three years of not seeing her. We were stationed in guam and she was staying with my mom. Alex set up a group chat with my mom and I to make the delivery smoother. He took so many good pictures of our fur baby! Will be recommending to friends. 😊

Alex was amazing. He took such good care of our corgi on the way to Texas. We loved all the pictures and videoes he updated us with along the way. It gave us such good peace of mind.

Did a great job! I was thinking ground transport to save money but ended up getting my puppy delivered by air with an air nanny for the same price as the competition was going to charge for ground travel! Needless to say I had my puppy the next day instead of a. Week or. Two later! THANK YOU CITIZEN SHIPPER!!, and thank you Alexia!!!😁

What a wonderful person to do transport with! Took great care of my new beagle! Sent photos , did a FaceTime, sent travel itinerary. Informed me about eating drinking peeing popping and how she was doing on her new journey. Highly recommend! Very personable caring person. He didn’t just drop her off n run he spent quality time with us and shared some experiences. Im grateful to have had him as her transport. Honestly I think I got the best person!
