I was on the fence about having my pup driven up from FL to NY since it is a quite a distance. Yohan answered all my questions about driving and flying and put my mind at ease. I ended up going with flying. My pup was picked up the next day right at the scheduled time. From the moment she was picked up Yohan shared her location so I knew where my pup was at all times. Whenever I messaged throughout the day, I received a quick response. No complaints at all.
