F & G Quality Express LLC

Hello I’m very happy to say this experience with F & G Quality Express has been honestly great. I’ve used this service often and to have all around clock updates from booking, to picking up puppies from breeders, she also provided me photos of pick up, communicated with my boyfriend and I through out the whole days. If I called, it was a not a problem and provided extra information then we asked for. I was hoping to have my pup deliver Friday but she made it a day earlier which even made us more happier. Thanks for the great service you both provided us, very professional, thank you for taking the time and energy for getting a hotel for our pups for resting time/bath/ exercise in the room. That was very loving of you guys. Definitely will use you guys again for anything needed and definitely recommend you. Thanks for delivering me these pups! Don’t believe the past bad experience review, we all make mistakes in life and I’m sure you were doing everything in your power to make everyone happy. F&G Quality Express is an absolute dream come true. Pick up was prompt, Communication was perfect & above all my dog got to her destination safe & full of joy. My dog suffers from anxiety and they were extremely accommodating and understanding, not only that but trustworthy & professional , if I ever need to use this service again ... best believe I’m going with F&G Quality Express!!

These drivers were responsive and friendly, things were a little bumpy with timelines but not at the fault of the drivers. I appreciate there reasonable cost and how responsive they were to my questions and concerns since this was my first time using citizenshipper. Thanks you guys were awesome and took good care of the my precious cargo.

Felicia and her fiancé were great. They drove our dogs from California to North Carolina. They arrived on time. She was so sweet to my dogs and made sure they were taken care of. She let me know if she had any concerns and she was very responsive any time I had a question. I would not hesitate to do business with her again.
