We are a privately owned, professionally operated interstate pet transport company based in Texas and operating nationwide. We specialize in structured, compliant, long-distance dog and cat transport with a logistics-first approach. 🚛 Transport Options Please contact us before booking to confirm availability and routing. We offer: • Door to Door Service (No awkward meetups/waiting in a parking lot) • Private Ride Transport (Direct Route, Exclusive Service) • Shared Rides (Private Kennel, shared vehicle) • Nationwide Routes • Long-Distance Cross-Country Transport Our Routes run Bi-Weekly. Bookings close once the route fills/begins. All Paperwork we request is required. There will be no additional pets added to a trip that will significantly delay trip routes once a trip has started. ⸻ 📦 What We Provide We supply everything necessary for safe, compliant transport: • USDA-approved hard-sided travel kennels • Sanitized Private Kennel with fresh bedding • Climate-controlled vehicle environment • Bluetooth/WiFi monitored temperature system for each kennel • Crate-mounted kennel fans to increase airflow within kennel spaces and keep dogs comfortable. • Backup power supply for airflow and ventilatiom system • Fresh purified water at every meal/break • Scheduled feeding per owner instructions or predetermined meal breaks along route • Individualized rest breaks every 3–4 hours (avoiding walks between 10am-4pm on hot days if needed) • Real-time GPS Vehicle location tracking • GPS Tracking Collars for each pet during transport that also provide health monitoring information and health alerts during transport. • Photo updates throughout the journey, and 4k Video clips of interactions (when service allows) so you can see how your pet is doing the entire way!! By law and for safety: • All routes follow pre-determined route plans with coordinated Vet services along the route for emergencies. • All pets remain in separate sanitized kennels during transit designed to stop muzzle to muzzle contact across crates. • Wire crates are not used • Pets are exercised individually. • Puppies under 4 months follow “No Paws On Ground” safety protocol • Health and Location Monitored via GPS collar ⸻ 🧠 Professional Standards We are logistics professionals operating in a federally regulated industry. Unlike casual drivers: • This is our primary business • We operate under structured compliance procedures • We follow DOT safety standards • We do not drive continuously overnight. (Operations run daily from 7am-10pm) • We build routes around care — not speed • We do not haul/transport stuff other than Pets Live animal cargo requires patience, structured stops, and monitoring. We prioritize welfare over velocity. Pets have accidents that require detailed cleaning and can cause delays as well. Please allow some flexibility with timelines, unlike Amazon or Wal-Mart, our “packages” poop themselves (sometimes) ⸻ 📄 Booking Process When booking through the CitizenShipper marketplace platform, please understand: • The platform charges its own separate marketplace fee. This is separate from the transport bid. • Marketplace platforms do not conduct transport. You will coordinate directly with us once booked. We will continue to send messages through the platform, but you will also receive direct communication as well!! • We are not employees or partners of any listing platform including CitizenShipper. • We are not “selling” your pets trip to other transporters, you will deal directly with the folks transporting your dog. Before booking, contact us directly to confirm routing and compliance requirements. ⸻ 💳 Payment Policy As a licensed commercial transport provider in a federally regulated industry: • A written Shipper–Courier Agreement is issued via Quickbooks Contracts. • Payment of 50% of the total bid price due upon booking to secure scheduling and finalize booking via Quickbooks Invoicing providing multiple payment options. Final invoice is sent and required to be paid prior to drop off/exchange. • Electronic Written confirmation is provided upon booking in the form of a Welcome and Boarding Packet that outlines the trip from start to finish!! This follows the same recognized standard used by: Airlines Freight carriers Professional shipping companies Your agreement, confirmation, and compliance packet secure your pet’s scheduled transport. ⸻ 📅 Communications Hours while in Transit Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central Time) Because we cross time zones and are always moving messages received outside business hours will be returned during normal operating hours. All Route scheduling closes once capacity is reached or 6pm cst the Friday prior to the trip start, whichever comes first. ⸻ 🌦 Travel Conditions & ETA We transport in all seasons nationwide. ETA may be affected by: • Weather • Traffic • Mechanical delays • Road hazards However: • You receive continuous GPS tracking access for both the vehicle and your pet. • You receive regular communication updates • You receive photo updates throughout travel and 4k videos when service is available!!
