If you don't have the urge to jump up and down after using a pet carrier service then you did not use the right one! Extremely skeptical initially, Laura put all insecurities to bed immediately. The entire process was smooth and well coordinated. Even when there were hiccups during transit, she was more than accommodating. It almost felt like I asked a friend to do a favor for me. In the excitement of seeing my dogs and discussing their transit with Laura, I forgot to fully pay. When I realized my mistake, I notified her and it was not any kind of ordeal, we cyber laughed. All in all she's great 1 of if not Thee best! Highly highly reccomend her to anyone and everyone. If she can work with my 82 year old grandmother for pick up, she can do anything. So glad I used this service and even more elated that my pets landed in Fur -st class, safe and sound!

Marcus and Laura were great to work with. We had a rather complicated situation in having to rehome one of our cats halfway across the country, and they worked with me every step of the way. Our newly-rehomed cat is elderly, very sweet but very timid, and travel stresses her out a great deal, but Marcus and Laura did everything they could to keep her calm and happy - playing soft music in the car on the way to the airport, taking a later flight than originally planned so that she would have time to calm down - I was so impressed with their obvious experience with and care for animals. They also kept in touch throughout the trip, sending updates and photos, and it was so wonderful to get the photos of them at the end of the journey, with the cat's new owner in Chicago! I am really happy with the service I got from Brenda L. My cat is an outside cat, and was "shipped" from Las Vegas to Tucson. Brenda L showed up on time, and used a large cage in her vehicle for transporting my cat, instead of the small cat carrier which I had. She kept in touch the whole way there, and my cat arrived safely at the destination. Thanks Brenda L for making such a stressful situation smooth and seamless. I would definitely use her again!

Amazing indeed !! My family moved from Georgia to California last month. It turned out that the most stressful part of the move was trying to figure out how to get my son's beloved puppy across the country. I spent weeks researching the options. Finally our vet tech recommended Citizen Shipper. This turned out to be the safest, most personable and affordable solution. Bill and Erica were fantastic. They responded to my post right away. I was impressed by their favorable reviews. Bill and Erica arrived promptly to pick up our pup. They drove safely and took breaks to allow our dog to get fresh air and exercise. At each stop I received enderearing photos and a friendly update. As promised they delivered our most precious package on time and in excellent shape. It was a wonderful reunion. First, we were promised a tracking link, a call the day before drop off with 4 hour window, and a call day of with a 2 hour window. We were assured by the drivers that they would be in Albany Saturday night - a day ahead of us. I had my dad - an independent contractor - arrange to meet them, and in doing so lost billable hours of work Didn't find out until Saturday evening that they weren't even going to make it Saturday. We arranged Sunday at 9am. Again my dad was there for them, they were not. I told them just to drop off at 9 pm when me dad was going to be there to meet us. Then, and this is the worse part, we had pre-packaged every meal that they would need. They're on a prescription food, need a set amount, and have a medication added to it I pre-measured every meal, added the correct dosage of medication, and labeled each bag with a name and meal time (am, lunch, pm). I made it easy. Not only were the bags barely used when we got here, but there was DOG food in their dishes and in a couple of the pre-measured, labeled bags. The implications of this is infuriating. Their belongings that were in labeled box apparently got moved to a different box, which was missing things we had sent and had things that didn't belong to us. They had to use the disposable litter box that we had sent for my dad to give them at drop off because they only had a box for 1 cat, despite being clearly informed there were 2. My father had to spend time and money improvising a litter box that ended up not even being needed because of late drop off. This was a disaster. They only good thing that I can say were that the drivers were nice. I've tried to email them to discuss this, but a week has passed with no reply.

He arrived a day late, didn't have the correct tools to get my motorcycle on the trailor, he didn't strap down the motorcycle, damaged the motorcycle then didn't tell us about it instead passed the damaged motorcycles to someone else to transport here. Then he wanted us to lie bc he doesn't have !!!!TRANSPORTING INSURANCE!!!! and say he hit are motorcycles instead. It has been 4 months and my motorcycle still isn't fixed ? So if you want your stuff damaged and not paid for hire this piece of sh!# i read reviews and some were good but the bad ones were bad and I still did it thinking someone was just blowing it out of proportions. No they were right do not use him!!!!

Our dog arrived safely at his destination and was reported as happy. They are sweet people but the pick up and delivery scheduling & process was painful at best. Lack of communication and delay after delay for days left us hanging on the pickup end as well as the delivery end. I know stuff happens but the delays were beyond reasonable. In the end we paid full price because our dog did arrive safely. They are new at this so maybe there's opportunity for improvement.

Driver just came to my home. Although we messaged several times and spoke on the phone, he arrived to my home at 2am with his car that had no hood and his entire family was in the car. Girlfriend, a 6 month old baby in car seat and another toddler in the car seat. This was a small car. I told him I had a medium sized dog about 35-40 lbs. There was no place for her to lie down, let alone sit or put her bed. This was terrible. He was polite to me when speaking with me. I had to cancel the trip. I could not imagine putting my dog in a car that had no room whatsoever and that to me was unsafe for a trip from Long Island, NY to Seattle, WA. I gave them a bag of food and $50 for gas.

Dean was amazing drove my rescued pit mix from NYC to St. Louis, MO on short notice on Labor Day Weekend. He was on time for the pick up kept great communication before the trip, and during the trip called me, sent me photo updates. My dog was delivered on time safe and sound he took her for walks, to run, fed her and took care of her like she was his own. I couldn't say enough about him and the level of trust I had with him and his professionalism. Paul transported our hamsters, fish and plants from New York to Florida. While most people would just assume this was a fairly low maintenance shipment, Paul was very thoughtful about their care during the trip, asking questions about their needs and checking on them. He kept in constant contact, and was very flexible about their drop off location (which we changed last minute. since he arrived far more quickly than our movers!).
