Shane transported our two dogs from Wyoming to Florida. He was always quick to respond to questions and concerns when we were setting up the details. Once he picked them up he stayed in good communication sending reports and photos along the way. He allowed the dogs to ride in his truck and not in a kennel. He was professional, reasonably priced and friendly to he dogs. He delivered them in a timely manner and the dogs were happy when they arrived.

Sherry did an AMAZING job! We have two large breed dogs. A 100 pound Lab and a 110 pound Greater Swiss Mountain dog. She handle both my dogs with tons of love and ease. When she dropped Jake and Zuma off we could tell they loved her and had a great time. Sherry transported our dogs across country from Los Angeles to Chicago and she updated us every step of the way and took tons of pictures of their adventure. She dropped them off on time and we loved her so much we had her stay for dinner. I will ONLY use Sherry to transport our dogs again! We are so happy.

He never showed up to pick our shipment. Gave him 2 chances over 2 days. He would be in contact to set up the pickup but then when it was time to pickup the shipment he went radio silent. Also the company Citizen Shipper was radio silent during most of my ordeal. The lack of phone support is very disappointing when you have a real time issue. The email response time is 24-48 business hours so at 8 hour workdays they have 6 full days to respond. Very poor experience overall.

I own two pedigree Persian cats, age 14. They never enjoyed travel, via short rides to vet or groomer, or a plane trip. They came to me in good health, and happy. MARLON WAS AMAZING FROM PICK UP TO DROP OFF! I appreciated his competive pricing and prompt reply! When he arrived at my home offered his ID as a extra level of security so I'd know exactly who I was dealing with which did give some additional piece of mind considering this was my first time using this service. My puppy loved him <3 such a pet friendly person I'm quite certain my pup enjoyed the ride with marlin. Sent me updates periodically during travel. It was a 10 hour through the night trip. Puppy arrived in Charlotte North Carolina from Boynton Beach Florida around 2:30 AM safe and sound. Keyosha is the best!! She and her partner drove 29 hours straight to deliver my puppy from Alabama to California. They truly love animals and took excellent care of my little guy. We contracted with Brittney R. of Fetch Transportation Via WWW.CitizenShipper.com to pick up and deliver our 8 week old purebred long hair Chihuahua puppy. Now that puppy only weighed 2 lbs and was very young. We were concerned about that 11 hour ride from Tennessee to Western New York. We selected Brittany because it seemed like she would take extra care of our baby. And that she did. We were able to track their progress all along the route and even text with her along the way. She used a google shared mapping system and we received their real time location at all times of their journey. She picked up the puppy at the location specified at the EXACT time that we arranged for with the seller and our puppy arrived here at the EXACT time that Brittany specified. You could immediately tell that the puppy was personally well cared for and was happy. Brittany is a very sweet caring person and even stayed with us for a dinner before she went on her way. We enjoyed our dinner talk and that's what I would call specialized and personal attention given by Brittany. Our puppy was NOT treated like cargo, but like the precious baby he is. As a matter of fact, it is now 2 weeks later and Brittany just contacted me to check on how our baby is doing and that she would like some pictures. That's what I call quality care and concern. I will be looking for a 2nd puppy for our household in the near future and I would contact Brittany first to see if she is available or if we could wrap our delivery around Brittany's schedule. First, Jane was totally patient and understanding with my service dog, an amstaff, Seren. He had never really been in a car before and she was patient and kind in helping him on such a long trip from portland oregon to east waterford pa! She managed to complete the trip in 4 days which was way faster than I expected. She also kept me informed of how he was doing and of any delays that happened. I would recommend her to anyone needing to transport a dog and plan on using her again to transport my other dog, a black lab. I have never met such a wonderful and caring person who actively took care of my dog and kept me so well informed of the trip problems and all!!!! Kevin was so wonderful!! I lost my cat Sloan right before moving across the country and he was found two weeks later. Kevin offered to drive Sloan and was incredibly proactive, prepared, and thoughtful. He called me multiple times to discuss dates and details. He sent me updates throughout the trip, and treated my skittish cat with care the entire time, providing a comfortable carrier, litter box, and treats of his own for the trip. He did everything to make Sloan comfortable and put me at ease, as it is not simple to entrust your furry baby to a stranger. This experience was the best it could have been, and I am extremely thankful for Kevin. He truly went above and beyond to safely return Sloan! Wow!! Absolutely Incredible. I was over-the-top nervous to have my 4-legged daughter have to leave me in the first place as I had to send her back to Colorado. From the point I put in a request, I did receive auto-replies and then actual responses back from the bidders. Todd reached out to me to let me know that he would be able to care of my little girl and the price was very reasonable. I was nervous about paying and then this end up being a scam. Todd again reassured me what he was going to be doing, how he would contact me once I paid and what to expect. I explained that with my dog being a Siberian Husky that they're known to be runners, which she was and that she could try to make a run for it if not leashed. She wasn't high maintenance however she has her idiosyncrasies. Todd took note and again stated he would be able to handle that and that Dogs tended to really like him. My Luna was on medication and he stated that he would insure she got her meds in daily while on the trip. Todd communicated with me throughout the time before all in order to ease my stress about sending Luna off with a complete stranger, to drive her across country. When Todd arrived, Luna immediately loved him. She only leans agains someone if she likes them - which she did, and gave him a great kiss, cleaning his face and even a big wet kiss. Luna was immediately very calm in Todd's presence, which made me feel much better. She hopped up in the back of the inside of his truck, laid down and laid her head down, ready to go! Everything Todd promised he would do as far as keeping in touch with me, he did. I beat him to the punch several times calling him. He was gracious during each call and when stopped, would send me pictures of Luna, tell my how she was doing and share where he was at, along with ETR for the next stop! Todd was absolutely Amazing and would highly recommend him!! Thank you Todd for quickly growing to love my little girl and caring for her. When Todd went to leave, Luna turned to try to follow after him as they had an incredible bond. Luna has a loving and beautiful spirit which matched up with Todd's. Thank you Todd - you are a Gem! While setting up the pick up and delivery, Shane was always available and responsive to my questions. I found him genial and he worked very hard to allay my fears. Our driver, Richard, was kind and gentle with our three neurotic cats and our lovable, but hyper, dog. I am exceedingly thrilled that we ended up choosing Shane's Smooth Ride and I will happily recommend his services to any friend/loved one that finds themselves in need of cross-country pet transport! Driving from California to Ohio in August is not an easy undertaking, to do it with four unknown animals - and do it with grace - takes a temperament akin to sainthood. It started out great. They were very responsive, but then the driver never showed up. They originally said between 9 and 11. Then by 4, then by 5 at the latest, by 8:30PM they stopped answering my emails or calls. By 12 the following day, the deadline I had given them to call me or email me with an update, I hadn't heard a word so I asked for a refund from Citizen shipper and had to file a resolution with Pay-Pal to get my $100 deposit back, which I haven't yet. I just ended up booking on-line with Old Dominion. Oh.... they started out quoting me $350 and I very quickly got them down to $200, so ... draw your own conclusions from that.

Dean was more than Amazing! He picked up our 2 fur babies, Butterscotch 13yrs & Biggems 8yrs at the time he stated in NY. We discussed all their needs, & the items he requested, like water, disposable liter boxes, food etc. That was already packed. He helped me with both cats putting them into the crate. And loaded them into his car. I was shocked, Biggems who hates the crate didn't fuss at all! He just laid there looking around. I said my goodbyes to my babies & watched Dean & them drive away. I was a nervous wreck to be honest! But, Dean assured me they would be fine & he would take good care of them like they were his fur babies! About 2 hours later Dean called to give me an update, I was surprised to hear from him so soon, he said: both boys were doing great, they both cried at one point, Dean talked to them & he put music on for them to help them settled down. They like music & to be spoken to. They settled right down & both fell asleep. He kept me up dated the whole trip there to NC. I was shocked again when he sent me a text stating he would be at my daughter's home around 6:30- 7:00 pm! We were not expecting that at all! We thought for sure they would arrive on Friday! We never thought in thousand years he would deliver our fur babies the same day!! He did, my daughter was shocked as well! My daughter sent me pictures of both Butterscotch & Biggems walking out out of their crate. I can't express the joy & happiness that can over me! There were my fur babies, safe & sound, checking out their new surroundings! Dean is a man of his word! He got them both safely to my daughter's home & in the time he stated! There isn't enough words to describe how we feel about Dean! He went above and beyond for us & our fur babies! Dean is a very kind & loving soul, you know when you meet him you get that feeling he cares, there is something about him, you just know you picked the right person to take care of your needs! Of all the drivers who put quotes in, Dean was the only one who inquired about our cats! He asked their names, ages, he requested certain items, that I already had, but, asked for just the same. He also told us about himself, his children, his own pets he has & he has 2 cats of his own. He never changed his rate like some of the other drivers did, once they realize there were 2 cats, which was clearly stated! He remained true to his word! I would highly recommend Dean for any of your needs! He is the man to pick! I will use him again in the future, when it comes time to bring our fur babies home to NY. Or if we need anything transported in the future! Dean also made it back home to his Family by 5:30 am. He slept for a few hours & was off to do another job! Dean was a prayer answered! We had one driver that was to do the same run back in July, we gave that driver extra time & days, he never showed up! He only contacted us twice, but, kept saying he would arrive, he never show, nor did he call to say what happened to him. To this day we have no clue as to what happened to that driver Alan M. Dean, Thank you once again for all your help and support! Like I said to you; You made an old lady very happy, not to mention, 2 fur babies, & 2 grandsons who love our Butterscotch & Biggems! She arrived a day early, and even kept the puppies an extra night since I was unable to get them early due to a work conflict. She regularly updated me with photos of my babies, and answered any questions I had immediately. She took fabulous care of my puppies. Fantastic service! From the beginning Aaron was extremely responsive and very professional to all inquiries I had. He drove Oreo (My aunt’s dog) from Miami to Maryland. Aaron arrived on time at the pickup place, and he provided updates (via text message) about the trip and also send some picks of the dog enjoying the entire back seat of Aaron’s car.
