-1/5 Stars seems more appropriate to me. When I booked this driver we had our cats scheduled to be picked up on 10/3 or 10/4. The morning of 10/3 I texted them to get a updated time for pick up. At that time I was informed they was a 2 delay and they would not be there until 10/6. I was informed the driver was delayed coming from Florida but were headed our way as fast as they could. We decided to have our cats picked up from boarding on 10/6 because we were leaving on 10/5 for Colorado. Our cats have never responded well to being boarded so it was tough for us to put them through that. On the morning of 10/6 I received another text that there was another delay and they could not be picked up until 10/11. I was told the van broke down in New York. I never received a reason as to why a van headed to Missouri from Florida ended up in New York. Me and my wife were moving in to our new place 700+ miles from our cats. After 2 delays we knew couldn't trust that the driver would be there to pick them up so I was forced to drive back and pick up the cats without even being able to spend 12 hours in our new home. All paws headed home made a already stressful move to an absolute nightmare. Do not use this service.

Why only five stars? They provided some of the best service that I have ever received and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have never written a review before, and am proud to endorse Laura Lee and her team. Everything was outstanding from initial contact through final delivery. Laura Lee is the consummate professional and I have already referred her to friends and family. If you want to work with someone who communicates well, treats her charges as if they are her own, shows good judgement, and easily handles the unexpected, you can do no better than FURst Class Pet Relocation. For less than it would cost me to drive to/from Florida (48 hours without stops), Laura and my pup flew 1st Class (in the cabin!). She handled an overbooked flight like a pro. Instead of the Dog spending 2 days in the back of a car/van in a crate, she was dropped off at the Florida airport just before lunch and arrived in Colorado just after dinner. And for less than some of the commercial pet ground transport companies quoted me. Wow! If you want the best, book with these folks as soon as you can. ***THEFT, extortion, manipulation, DRIVER ARRESTED,*** this company contacted me with a quote under the business name kennship but is the same people as 'on tyme courier service' but I didn't know that before so didn't see all their terrible reviews before I booked them. Citizenshipper gave them 5 stars and said they were verified by them and had a background check done. What?? Really? Driver/owner Kenneth Smith was arrested Sunday with my puppy In the car for driving on suspended license and prior DUIs and is currently in Fayette city jail in WV after claiming they got lost in the backwoods of WV for over 5 hours because they claimed their GPS wasn't working right. Pup was picked up Saturday night in Kentucky and was supposed to be heading straight to Florida and delivered to Florida Sunday at 1pm yet the arrest of the driver happened in WV Sunday morning over 8 hours after pup was picked up yet only 3.5 hours actual driving time away from pickup. Where were they all night? And where was the pup during that time? Wife/driver Marsha Boehler AKA Marsha Davis sounded like she was under the influence of something when she contacted me Sunday to tell me how they got lost and Ken was arrested. Marsha kept stating she needed money and is very manipulative, expects people to feel sorry for her or gets very mad, all while holding the puppy hostage basically and it's been going on for days and don't even know If puppy is alive at this point. It is supposed to be a pretty straight drive on interstate but Marsha claimed to have been all over backwoods lost. Another 24 hours and Marsha had only traveled an actual 3-4 hours of driving time toward Florida claiming then she was in North Carolina on Monday (24 hours after leaving WV). This is 2 days later and only about 8 hours driving time from where she picked up the pup. Where was she during that whole time? Where was the pup? Will not ever give exact location and always claiming to be lost and needing money, needing cigarettes, needing food, needing gas. Sounds intoxicated, always lost or sleeping, always blaming GPS, won't respond to texts or calls for long periods of time by claiming she's on the road driving yet staying in the same place. Claims to have been sleeping Sunday night for over 13 hours and the next day says she's too tired to drive and continually needing money. We're talking to her carefully trying to be nice because of the pup, feels like we're in hostage negotiations. Extremely worried about pup. She supposedly made it to upper Georgia by Monday evening to deliver my puppy in Florida but then she got mad when I wouldn't send her more money and got very nasty and cursed and said now she won't deliver the pup to me and is returning him back to Kentucky. I offered to pick my puppy up but she won't let me. So she basically now has stolen my puppy to spite me because she couldn't extort money from me. I wouldn't believe this if it weren't happening to me. We are worried sick she has sold or hurt the pup as she keeps saying she wishes she had something to sell while she is begging for money. This pup is a young pedigreed pup and she lets us know he is the only thing of value she has with her and needs money. Only takes back roads to avoid highway patrol. She is unbelievably manipulative, lying constantly. Citizen shipper claims they verified this company owned by a man with a suspended license?? Not even sure at this point if pup is still alive. Citizen shipper has no number to call and hasn't responded to my emails with URGENT in subject.

Great Job, The drivers were corteous, friendly, and did a wonderful job. The only proble I had were a few communication issues, although that may have been as much my error as theirs. Also my instructions about feeding weren’t followed, however I should have been specific with each driver.
