I had two cats moving from Texas to Ohio, this was my first time doing this sort of thing and I was kind of nervous about it. Daniel offered an amazing price for his services, which I'm thankful for. The overall experience was great, when the cats got here he was very friendly and told me how well behaved they were. The only thing keeping me from giving him 5 stars was the fact he changed the pick up and arrival time multiple times. I would've loved to been told ahead of time that the times were not solid so I could'be prepared accordingly for that. Very happy with the services, my babies were completely fine. Will definitely use Daniel again in the future if need be.

Aaron was super in communication and logistical planning for my pet shipment to Florida. A week prior to the planned date he communicated often to ensure not only a reasonable pick up time but also showed concern for making the recipient comfortable with the delivery time. He took a few minutes to bond with our dog prior to setting out and sent us texts and photos along the trip letting us know how the trip (17 hours) was progressing. In the end this trip with Aaron saved our dog the stress and distraction from an air cargo experience . Highly recommended!

I was always hesitant in letting other people ship my dog, but after reading the reviews here and talking to them, I was convinced that she'll be well taken care of and I was right! My doberman puppy was in very good care. They even bought her a couple things along the way and safely transported my baby to my boyfriend's house. I will no longer seek anyone else to tranport my dog because they will be my first choice. They kept us updated and sent us pictures of our baby. The price was right, too. We are so happy and I cannot thank them enough for safely transporting our doberman.
