Jane was in communication with me daily. She seemed to always choose what was safest for both her and my dog (delays for bad weather, multiple stops for potty breaks, detours to delay hot weather, etc). If I had to transport another pet I would reach out to her. My dog is deaf and has special needs so she was very accommodating.

Awesome Driver Here! Virgil is a great communicator, he called me within the hour to start planning the pick up of our pet dog from Hockley TX to Easton PA. Virgil picked up our pup and right away was texting, taking photos of the trip progress - his transport support to nervous pet owners made the process so much less anxious. I highly recommend Virgil, you will not have any regrets, he really cares and you can see it in your pet when they arrive.(Additionally, the trip was 1500 + miles and they arrive in under two days)

Kathleen completely let me down! Once my deposit of $99.50 was cashed she stopped communicating with me for seven days straight . I sent multiple emails, text messages and I tried calling several times. Her voice mailbox had not even been set up yet... which is very suspicious. Not a very professional way to run a legitimate business. Once I sent her an email canceling due to lack of communication she all of a sudden replied. Her response was very arrogant stating she could not reply because she was working on her July clients and didn't have time to respond to her August clients... she said I simply don't work that way. When a 5 second text message could have confirmed a pick up date and resolved everything . I'm moving across the country on August 5th and I couldn't even get a courtesy reply so I can schedule my trip? I had to cancel my airline ticket as well as cancel my debit card. I reported it to my bank as fraud and I plan to reported it to the Better Business Bureau. Now I have to deal with Citizen Shippers just to try and get a refund; which is probably highly unlikely after reading the negative reviews online from other people who got scammed out of their deposits. Buyer Beware!!!!

This was a great experience for me and for "my girls"! I moved from Topeka, KS to Ashland, KY which is about 750 miles. Randall picked the girls up, took time to make them feel comfortable and drove them to KY. He provided updates and pictures all along the way. The girls arrived in KY before I did and were dropped off to my dear friend Linda. Randall coordinated with her schedule to make sure their arrival was at a convenient time. If I ever need this service again I will absolutely call him!!

Paula and Co. were wonderful once they picked up the cats. The only issue I have is that they had to change their arrival time for pick-up several times over. This is understandable having to depend on weather and traffic, of course- but I wish that once a time was set, every effort could have been made to keep it consistent. However, there was never a time when I felt my fur babies were unsafe at any time during their transport. Paula sent pictures everyday to keep me informed of their condition, and communication was terrific for delivery and boarding. In my eyes, this was money well spent for very good service. I was very nervous about sending my cats to Houston with strangers- but Paula and company put my mind at ease. I put a tee shirt of mine in both of the carriers in which the cats were transported that I didn't get back- but that's because Paula is washing and shipping them to me because the cats peed on the shirts during the trip. An unnecessary but very nice thing for her to do. I whole heartedly recommend, for anyone nervous to send their cats with a transport company, Paula and Co. put my mind at ease. I felt at ease with Alan right off the bat! As soon as we met and after speaking with him,I could really tell that he's an animal lover like myself and that he really enjoyed what he does. I found that I could rely on him for prompt responses to all of my questions and concerns via regular texts and pictures of my 8 week old puppy,Rosy. I realize that driving long distances especially interstate travel can be quite exhausting and there oftentimes are unexpected delays such as traffic and accidents etc. I felt Alan was upfront about destination time and he was sure to inform me of his progress and any delays he was experiencing,which weren't anything major anyhow. Daniel was amazing. I read reviews I did not like and told him so. He responded and was very candid and honest with me. I used his services because I understood, and he communicated with me every step of the way. Gave me a google map app to track his whereabouts, sent me a picture of the puppy when he picked him up, let me know when he fed him and let him "do his business," and drove straight through. He was the fastest and most communicative of all the shipping sites / bids that I received. He was very reasonable, and the puppy arrived stress free. A lot less stress than airlines. I've flown in dogs and they were freaked out by the time the reached us. I will not do that again, I'll use Daniel and refer him out and highly recommend him to all who are straddling the fence. Super nice guy, even the people I bought the puppy from told me they really liked him. I didn't meet him, of course, until he dropped off my puppy, and they were right. Really nice guy, reliable, dependable shipper for dogs, puppies and probably cats, too. Again, I can't say enough good things about him. The majority of these reviews are right on, in that he is highly recommended.

Where do u start when what u have to say is endless? Monique is simply amazing. Not only did she contact me and advise that she could complete the transport in less time if I allowed, but she also ask permission to do so. I was estatic. To be able to get my new baby puppy home a day sooner! Awesome! So now let me tell u about the journey. Monique advised me from the very beginning, giving me peace of mind that not only was I getting the purchase I spent a ton of money on, she was also able to give me the confidence that everything was legit and I could transfer the remaining funds into the breeders account. She then text me giving me updates along the way. Advising me of stops and updating me on new arrival times. Unfortunately, Someone got into a wreck in the road causing issues with not only traffic, but more directly, Monique. The debris caused her to get a flat tire. As potentially dangerous as that was, our driver Monique and our baby girl, who's name is now Panda, was safe and unharmed. So if u have precious cargo, heavy cargo, small cargo or just cargo, u need to, no wait, U HAVE TO have Monique see that it gets to where u want it to be. I can't say enough about Shane! I had a shipment of three horses that were being abused by the trainer I hired. I was several states away from the location of the horses and did not have the horse trailer or the ability to remove the horses but when I contacted Shane and explained that the horses were being beaten and abused he immediatly set a date to pick up the horses. He arrived on time, picked up the horses and delivered them safe And sound. Since he knew these horses were stressed from the abuse he made sure that he treated then gently. He provided water every two hours and monitored the temperature in the trailer constantly. AMAZING, AMAZING and CARING driver. If you care about your animal.... Use Shane! You will not be sorry! Five stars is not enough!

Erica and Bill were fantastic. My dogs are my children so I was VERY nervous to trust anyone with their transport but I was SO happy with Erica and Bill. They were in constant communication and made incredible time. They traded off driving so they never had a long stop. My dogs were picked up in LA on a Friday morning and arrived in south east Texas the next day mid- afternoon. I really recommend Erica and Bill and would absolutely use them again!!

Randall answered my ad on CitizenShipper to pick up my Chorkie puppy in Pittsburgh, PA and deliver her to me in Billerica, MA. At first, Randall responded to let me know that he was not available on the days I wanted my puppy shipped. Then I received a second response from Randall stating his plans had changed and he was available to pick up my puppy and get her to me on the dates I requested. I was thrilled and hired him immediately. His references were wonderful and mine is just the same. Randall made sure he texted my breeder to set up a time to meet up to pick up my puppy. Randall texted both the breeder and me throughout the trip letting us both know where they were in their travels. He also hooked us up with GPS, so we could look to see exactly where they were at all times. Randall is a true professional, fantastic with puppies/dogs, prompt, careful, patient, caring man. I was really impressed by the professionalism, communication and general good nature of our driver Kyle. I was so paranoid, this being our first time shipping our 11 year old dog off on his own. Kyle kept my paranoia at bay with frequent pics and messages. And when we couldn't make it in time to pick up Ali, he schedule a pet sitter (who lived on a ranch.....outstanding!). I couldn't have asked for more. Our dog is happy and so are we. We are military and will probably move again and I won't hesitate to book with Kyle!

My dog arrived, that's the best thing I can say. He was supposed to come in the afternoon, didn't get there till 11 pm. Kept flipping the time and days of arrival. When he finally did show up at 4 a.m. my dog was in a small cage in his trunk next to another small dog. I wouldn't use this guy again.

She even worked on getting our puppy better-trained on the leash during the trip to CA, truly going above and beyond anything I expected.
