I wouldn't dare use this driver nor would I recommend citizen shipper. Driver bid to transport our dog. He never picked him up and has poor communication. After he attempted to rearrange pick up for a wk later he never responded to questions. Needless to say went to a different service. BEWARE!

I knew from Randall’s profile and glowing reviews that he was the right choice to transport my two big dogs and fat cat from Texas to Oregon. Sure enough, he kept me posted along the way and even sent me pictures of the boys cuddling in his car and hotel rooms. While I took a different route across the country, it was incredibly comforting to know that my four-legged family was in good hands! I accepted this quote over a more affordable one thinking I would receive better service or bang for the buck. Very disappointed. The driver's estimate was set for a 36 hour turn around yet I received my pets at around 65 hours. The cats were placed in the back with all dogs so the cats were extremely distressed when they arrived in their carrier. Took about 4 days to calm them down. I asked for an "out the door quote" for $350, yet after the driver was to take his 350, CitizenShopper gouged me for $59.50. I was not made aware of this exorbitant charge from CitizenShopper. I complained to Citizenshopper and their response was blah blah blah we informed you before you accepted the quote. Yeah right? BS! I would have NEVER accepted $350 and 59.50 on top, that is why I said "out the door" price. Morons! I would have said $291.00 out the door if they want to gouge me with their $59.50. And by the way does anyone even know what they did to earn their $59.50? Whatever. Back to the driver- He did deliver my cats, this I can say. They did not have to go to the vet as anticipated so. I will give him 3 stars but trust this-our dialogue and relationship was not a good one. And by the way-he doesn't stay in as good of touch with you as he claims in prior reviews nor does he text pics along the way to let you know how your animals are doing. I had to ask after he traveled through 2 states and then we both made a decision not to risk taking a pic since my animals were wigged out. CitizenShopper sucks and this driver was average. Wish I would have gone with the other company, but then again, CitizenShopper would have pulled the same (*&^% since they put me in touch with the driver I guesso? If that is what they claim the $59.50 goes toward?? Bad business not to fully disclose what they charge up front and NO I don't care what they claim-they never honestly disclosed this before I agreed to the quote given by the driver.

Through thick and thin, nothing will keep this company from getting your pet from one place to another. Driver will walk you dog around so that the dog will get comfortable with new person, talk to your pet, and throughout the trip will keep you updated and location of where they are. I felt bad because of the terrible weather and flooding in Houston recently, and the driver fought through it all and got my dog to Charleston, Sc safely, even while hitting bad weather on the other end. Price was great, service was great, and I couldn't be happier that I found this amazing company.

Recently when needing our German Shepherd shipped from TN to WV we really struggled trying to find the right person for the job. Cost was an important factor but seeing who someone was, and making sure they were the right fit for the job was more important. Via Citizenshipper Randall contacted us with a fair quote and we hashed out some smaller details of timeframe before I accepted his bid. Once accepted he called me promptly and we spoke on the phone for almost half an hour about our situation and his usual plans with transportation and his methods. After our call I felt at ease in regards to his ability to pickup and transport our girl. He was incredibly thorough with timeframe checkins the day before, as well as the day of, and arrived right within schedule. If I had to again, I'd pick Randall hands down for his personalized feeling service and his great prices. I was worried about shipping, but with him there was no need to be. As a bonus our GS loved him too!

I've opened a dispute with CitizenShipper to have these people taken down. I've never dealt with a more incompetent set of idiots in my life. I needed a shelter dog that had been evaluated by some old friends transported from Austin, TX to Salt Lake City. 20 some-odd hour drive in a straight shot, two days at the most. These fuckers took a right turn and go all the way to Pennsylvania. I shit you not, Pennsylvania. I was told the dog would be picked up on Monday and delivered Wednesday. He was picked up Sunday (early!) and I was told the dog wouldn't arrive on Wednesday because they were letting him "rest" after being nuetered. "We treat them like pets first," I was told condescendingly when I protested. So the dog would arrive Friday. Well, no, not really. I was told the dog would arrive on Sunday afternoon. At this point I lost my patience and demanded a supervisor, lodged a dispute/complaint with CitizenShipper, and dug up everything I could on the business. The business is NOT located in Jasper, AL; it's located in the middle of nowhere, AL, according to Google Maps. The company's website is down, the name Lisa Mwangi (not Couch) appears on several variations of LMC Direct, and the business's phone number doesn't work. AT&T gives you an error message that it can try and find a similar business for you. Nice job verifying, CitizenShipper! This guy didn't check his texts for 12 hours straight numerous times. ("I cannot text while I'm driving," he declared indignantly when I pointed this bullshit out.) He ignored my requests for updates on his location, and when I demanded on Friday to know his location he faked a bad connection and hung up on me. So you can add absolute shit communication to their list of bad attributes, because apparently looking at your phone while refueling is too much to ask. After I threatened not to pay, and Mr. Pitiful whined that he was "just the driver", he revealed that he was in Pennsylvania, and the dog had a sinus infection. So not only was he a condescending little prick, he was a liar to boot. Upon realizing that "Sunday afternoon" meant "somewhere around midnight or later", I tried to arrange for a friend who worked the night shift to handle the situation. Well, Mr. Pitiful shows up at 5AM on my doorstep, because he hadn't bothered to check his fucking text messages or pick up the goddamn phone. He refused to hand over the dog without payment, and the money order was with said night shift friend, so the police got involved. Mr. Pitiful called the police! And they took the dog from him, hahahahaha! As the dog is my legal property, the issue of payment is now a civil one, and LMC Direct can fucking eat me. I paid less than our agreed-upon contract of $300, because these people didn't hold up their end of the bargain. I paid $210 because that covers the average gas mileage between Austin and Salt Lake and nothing else. Mr. Pitiful is a blabbermouth liar, who will talk over you and play the victim the entire time his shit decisions are fucking you over. I suppose I'm lucky the dog wasn't dumped somewhere or given over for catsmeat to a Nicaraguen drug lord, but holy shit, talk about the lowest possible standard. They claim the dog saw a vet, and I was lucky they hadn't charged me for the vet visit (as if it were my fault the dog had stayed with them so long and gotten sick), but CONVENIENTLY "forgot" a receipt for said vet visit. I added it to the long list of lies and bullshit this company will give you. A pet tied to a donkey set loose in your general direction will do a better job of transporting.

This delivery did NOT happen. I got punked by this company, costing me a lot of lost time and money. Their "owner" Lisa assured me over and over again that "we'll be there" on my designated pickup day. I was advised not to worry that this would happen. A day before the pickup date, I was given the excuse that their driver quit. I spoke to the driver and was given a BS excuse that he didn't want to commit to my pickup because I "didn't trust them". All along I questioned Lisa about the negative feedback on the Citizen Shipper site - poor communication, late arrivals, etc. She assured me that there were two sides to the feedback and her side wasn't represented. I told her that if my delivery went according to plan, I would rave about her service and if not, I would provide negative feedback. Let the buyer beware with LMC Transport. They are in over their heads and don't know how to run a business effectively. Want to do a good job doesn't mean that you will. Contract with this company at your own risk.

Long Express WAS AMAZING. He picked my shipment up and got it safely to its destination. One would expect that. However, I accidently wrote down the wrong address and was unreachable during the time he was supposed to drop off the shipment. I would be upset with a customer if this was the case. However, once I got in touch with him, corrected the address, and gave him my mom's cell, he completed the shipment. My mom reported that he was super easy going and respectful and just completed everything as if nothing had happened. I feel so bad for the inconvenience but I am so glad that he was so professional and graceful in his dealing with me and my mom. You want to ship with this company. Overall, this was a very positive experience. They are very nice people, gave us an excellent price and took wonderful care of our wheelchair. Do not expect them to be on time because they weren't so this service is best if you don't have strict deadlines. This is unacceptable, you people are utterly ridiculous. There is no way that the man driving my pets is still in New York after saying he was in New York more than 5 to 6 hours ago. This is unacceptable that he will not drive in snow to NH because of "his health". He is not answering my calls and I will not accept my two cats being with this company any longer. Lisa if you are reading this I have called the police and will file a complaint if you do not have William call me right away. This shipment did not happen. Driver arrived at a time that was way too late, shipment was supposed to be picked up with enough time for my dog to arrive on Sunday. The driver did not arrive to pickup location until late evening (around 8pm), the drive to drop off location is about 8 hours. My dog would've arrived Monday, no one would be home that day. Shipment was canceled and I picked him up myself the following weekend.

Dan , Picked up My Three Olde English Bulldogges in California and brought them to Missouri for a very Fair price compared to others . He was Good about getting back to me when i called or texted to check on there Journey ! They arrived Safely within just a Few Days ! I am sick with worry, she will not answer her phone. I received only a few texts from her, one said she was going to spend a second night in a motel, with which I responded absolutely not! ONE WORD! AMAZING! I definitely recommend shipping services through S&L Courier Services. Lisa and her new crew member William came to my husband and I's rescue after booking with another TSA, who ended up falling through. She was very sweet and kept into contact with us every step of the way. Lisa and William absolutely loved our Dixie, and will be coming back in a few weeks to say hi again. We are truly happy with how Dixie was treated, she stopped eating on the trip, but Lisa and William went out and got her cooked chicken, WHICH SHE LOVES! I'm really happy with our experience shipping Dixie with them, she was picked up in NM on Tuesday and delivered to us last night, Thursday. On Saturday Jan 2, at 1:38 am I was given the SCHEDULED pickup time for Jan. 2nd before 3pm from (415) 429-1568. Given a tracking map that was useless. Tried to reach anyone to cancel. No one would answer or return my calls. Then Monday, another useless tracking map at 12:44 am. Then on Jan. 4th at 7:28pm transporter is one hour away, then at 8:18pm a request for the pickup address. Then transporter stated they did not give a pick up time, that ETAs are not pick up times, I believe 4 days later is unacceptable for a LIVE animals ETA. I never stated I was a professional transporter after all you have been doing this for 12 years, Quoted from (956) 534-3409, No one picks up the phone or responds. Just wants the fee but didn't complete the service.

Awefull,Horrible I would definitely definitely not use him or recommend him ! Just an all around bad experience especially when your about to put your precious little pup into his hands.... So I stopped the transaction and glad i did i found someone else and they are awesome
