Driver agreed to a pick up the next day at noon - never showed. I texted, called, and finally he responded he couldn't do it. BUT he never cancelled it here. I ran in to all kinds of trouble getting post deleted and money refunded. Still waiting to get credit card bill to make sure it was done right.

Shane was a great transporter ! He was very friendly and welcoming. Made me feel totally at ease sending my two bunnies with him cross country! Shane is hands down the best customer service experience I could have ever expected in transport of our dog! We were really nervous at not having ever used a service like this! We knew we had to stay flexible given the nature of the business and value received. I can only imagine all the variables drivers have to deal with, weather, coordinating with numerous people on their pick ups and drop offs and their own work schedules..., Shane handled communication so very well regarding drop off and pick up times as they flexed. We booked last minute and very lucky to get him on such short notice! He had the most gushing reviews which is why we chose him, and now we get to share our awesome awesome! He spent time with our dog and I before taking off and that brought me and our family such comfort. Shane is an amazing soul and spirit, our Stella sensed it immediately! I know she had an adventure!! We have shared custody of Stella and Shane is our man! I will be sure to give more notice next time to be fair to him! Not enough stars to truly rate him!

I can not say enough about the excellent care that my puppies received during their trip. I can imagine that two small pups traveling in a car and two overnights with them was not an easy feat but Randall cared for the girls as if there were his. We were able to track them the entire time and could tell from frequent stops that their needs were being met. Would definitely recommend his services. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Great communication throughout the process.

I never meet Shane but by the end i felt like i knew him a long time. He was a little off scedule due to having a flat on a sunday night but stuck with it and got the job done safely. The seller of the refigerator i had him pick up said she was going to hire him herself that he was very nice and took great concern handeling my old fridg. He made deliverey on time and safely. My wife said he was very polite. I recommend him for your services with confidence.

Nana truly lives up to her name. She treated my beagle like her own. She even let him sleep in the bed with her.... I never did that. My dog arrived at destination happy and trauma free. She knew my situation and was very compassionate. If you need to transport a dog please please use Nana. You will not be disappointed.
