Driver was delayed due to mechanical issues. Was very nervous about using a transport service for my 2 dogs, as I have never transported anything before. Lisa was great! Gave me a map app to track progress from NH to FL which helped relieve some of my anxiety. She stayed in constant contact and even sent pictures. Very pleased with service, would recommend and use them again in the future.

Through no fault of th edriver, the delivery of our dog was longer than expected. The communication of what was occurring during the trip could have been better. We expected the dog sometime Saturday night, and were not texted about problems with the drive until Sunday morning. Then we expected the dog sometime Sunday night and he was delivered mid-morning on Monday. We never received a picture of the dog during the trip, which their website says would happen. This caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety on our part. Our dog arrived very happy and in great condition, just late. Overall, I believe that they took good care of our dog, but they needed to let us know on a regular basis where they were and what was happening.

Great experience. Drove my English bulldog from NJ to Naples, FL. Picked up on time and gave status updates throughout the trip. Drove with his wife so they did the entire trip without an overnight stop. Would definitely use again.

Have to say, Dan was amazing. I was pretty nervous about the whole processes of shipping my dog, but Dan made it a dream. He was on top of communication, fast at responding, honest, open, and cool. Dan is a very caring, hardworking person. He drove 38 hours straight to get the dogs to us. The pups were in good spirits and obviously well-cared for on his watch. I would work with him again, with one caveat: discuss plans in great detail before the trip. Dan was so dedicated in getting us the dogs that he didn't seem to consider how we were going to be able to modify our schedules to accommodate him. So there was confusion at the drop-off point. As long as you ask him to map out the plan and give you an exact time and place to meet up (within, I would say, a two-hour window to allow for traffic and other things), you should be fine. Also, I found talking over the phone preferable to texting Dan. He is driving, so can't communicate well via text on the road (which I am happy about!!!). Verbal updates work best.

They were very conscientious about the experience of my dogs. Boxes and dogs arrived safely in the time frame they estimated. Would have given 5 stars but there was a problem of a small vehicle showing up that could not accomadate all of my boxes. I had to take the rest to ups. I sent a list with measurements. Somehow it was overlooked.

Harrison destroyed my dining room table and did not offer to compensate for or have it repaired. Harrison did not bring anyone with him to unload the truck where I a female had to do so causing damage to my back and neck. His failure to bring any workers to unload the furniture caused 7 hours of work to me into the middle of the night - twilight hours.

The whole experience with him was awful. His only concern was his time line. No concern for his customer. He kept bumping pickup back. Did not stay in contact. When he could not deal with the timeline he bailed. Left me high and dry right before Thanksgiving. I had to call him , he didn't have the common courtesy to let me know he wasn't coming.
