Bertha was beyond great! My family and I had a recent military cross-country move from California to Virginia. With all the logistical requirements and stress, Bertha stepped right in and put our minds at ease from day one. She was very professional and patient with us during our initial booking. Not only was she on time for pick up but to our surprise she was able to deliver a day early. Throughout the entire trip, she provides multiple daily updates with photos. I will like to show my appreciation in this feedback for the outstanding service that was provide from Mr. Steve from Pet Across America on the shipment of my Old English Bulldog Major from California to Florida. Due to military obligations, I had short timeframe in moving my family to Florida. With all the added stress in moving the family, I was running into road blocks finding a safe and healthy way of transporting Major. Mr. Steve has lifted a huge burden in providing his outstanding service for my family. He communicated well in arranging the pickup for Major, provided daily updates on his trip and well being of Major and delivered him ahead of schedule. I don't know what else to say but Thank You.
