A++++ Hire Mrs. Carla, you won't be disappointed. We had a plane delayed from Korea and it complicated the whole move but Mrs. Carla gladly helped and watched Ghost until he was able to fly from Seattle to Hawaii. She boarded him, picked him up from the airline and checked him back into a different airline without any issues.
