Being in the military. I had no idea were to look for sending my pup to my parents house when I had something pop up and I had to leave for an extended time. My Chief (E-9) give me this site when I explained my situation to him. I give it a go and Paws Door 2 Door Express is hands down the best company to go with! They 100% understand my situation and showed up on time and got my pup across the country in a timely and fast manner! They understood what was happening and my dog arrived safely and fast to my parents house within 3 days. I have took the drive myself a couple of times before and I knew it is not a easy and fast drive. I'm extremely anxious when it comes to having my dogs moved from location to location without me being there as our dog gets very difficult to handle when she gets separated from her family. But Shane has exceeded any expectations and was very cooperative and understanding. My husband and I are both in the military and unfortunately that means our dogs have to do a bit of a traveling as well to be able to stay with us. I was very nervous on having someone I didn't even know and only had spoken to on the phone drive my little dog cross country but after finding out that he was a fellow Marine, I knew he could be trusted. I gave him and his wife plenty of frantic calls and texts when I was getting anxious about the trip. He was very polite and prompt with responding and often sent me pictures. She seemed so happy and comfortable I almost thought she wouldn't want to leave Shane to come live with us! I'm SO glad that he was the one we decided to transport our little baby. I'd recommend him to anyone and I'm extremely satisfied with his work. Thank you so much Shane for reuniting our little dog with us!
