I was very nervous on how Winter would take the trip from being separated the first time, Melisa made not only us feel comfortable but the attention she made sure Winter didn't have stress as well. Melisa did an amazing job, great updates, really caring, awesome with the winter would definitely recommend to anyone. Melisa was really attentive to Winter's behavior, made the trip relaxing and stress free for Winter. I trust Melisa with any of our animals and when we need our other pup moved, we will see if she is available first. This was a big stressed for our military move and Melisa made transporting Winter from Texas to Pennsylvania so easy! I recommend Melisa 110%. Best person to trust with our family members!

So overall, super positive review for Tonya and her helper, Mike. She was so incredibly accommodating on a super short-notice cross-country move. She actually ended up moving our belongings out of our previous apartment all on her own--she didn't have a helper for that part of it. It was my first military move, and I didn't know all of the details the military needed for their paperwork; Tonya was actually able to provide some insight on what to expect and what might help the process easier. She's incredibly thorough with everything she does, from paperwork to discussing details. She kept me updated as she moved, drove, and even sent pictures. She's personable and chatty, and even took the time out of her *very* busy schedule to drive an hour one-way to meet us in person before moving our belongings. Incredible woman, and she really does know her stuff. Her experience shows through in her process and the precautions she takes, both concerning the mechanics of moving and also with concerns to COVID safety measures. The *only* thing I'd advise others of is to give Tonya the patience and flexibility she shows you. She deserves at least that much. She went to incredible lengths to make sure we got our things into our home as soon as possible--and I mean *incredible* lengths. After an entire day of moving, she still made the trip down on a late Saturday night to ensure we had a bed to sleep on after sleeping on the floor for two weeks with our infant son. She stays busy through her day with her business and taking care of her own daughter, and thus timing isn't always spot on because each move is different. She took great care of our things and she'll make sure to take care of you too.
