I will like to show my appreciation in this feedback for the outstanding service that was provide from Mr. Steve from Pet Across America on the shipment of my Old English Bulldog Major from California to Florida. Due to military obligations, I had short timeframe in moving my family to Florida. With all the added stress in moving the family, I was running into road blocks finding a safe and healthy way of transporting Major. Mr. Steve has lifted a huge burden in providing his outstanding service for my family. He communicated well in arranging the pickup for Major, provided daily updates on his trip and well being of Major and delivered him ahead of schedule. I don't know what else to say but Thank You. Major is like a child of mines and he is my wife's baby, so with the help of Steve, my family is all together. Thanks Citizenshipper.com for providing this avenue to place shipment and Thanks Pets Across America for your service. I have no problem recommending and using Steve again. Being in the military. I had no idea were to look for sending my pup to my parents house when I had something pop up and I had to leave for an extended time. My Chief (E-9) give me this site when I explained my situation to him. I give it a go and Paws Door 2 Door Express is hands down the best company to go with! They 100% understand my situation and showed up on time and got my pup across the country in a timely and fast manner! They understood what was happening and my dog arrived safely and fast to my parents house within 3 days. I have took the drive myself a couple of times before and I knew it is not a easy and fast drive. I will always 100% recommend this company to all my military vets and friends if they have to send their animals anywhere. Driver was highly professional. 10/10 would do it again.
