I will like to show my appreciation in this feedback for the outstanding service that was provide from Mr. Steve from Pet Across America on the shipment of my Old English Bulldog Major from California to Florida. Due to military obligations, I had short timeframe in moving my family to Florida. With all the added stress in moving the family, I was running into road blocks finding a safe and healthy way of transporting Major. Mr. Steve has lifted a huge burden in providing his outstanding service for my family. He communicated well in arranging the pickup for Major, provided daily updates on his trip and well being of Major and delivered him ahead of schedule. I don't know what else to say but Thank You. Major is like a child of mines and he is my wife's baby, so with the help of Steve, my family is all together. I'm extremely anxious when it comes to having my dogs moved from location to location without me being there as our dog gets very difficult to handle when she gets separated from her family. But Shane has exceeded any expectations and was very cooperative and understanding. My husband and I are both in the military and unfortunately that means our dogs have to do a bit of a traveling as well to be able to stay with us. I was very nervous on having someone I didn't even know and only had spoken to on the phone drive my little dog cross country but after finding out that he was a fellow Marine, I knew he could be trusted. I gave him and his wife plenty of frantic calls and texts when I was getting anxious about the trip. He was very polite and prompt with responding and often sent me pictures. She seemed so happy and comfortable I almost thought she wouldn't want to leave Shane to come live with us! I'm SO glad that he was the one we decided to transport our little baby. I'd recommend him to anyone and I'm extremely satisfied with his work. Thank you so much Shane for reuniting our little dog with us!
