I'm extremely anxious when it comes to having my dogs moved from location to location without me being there as our dog gets very difficult to handle when she gets separated from her family. But Shane has exceeded any expectations and was very cooperative and understanding. My husband and I are both in the military and unfortunately that means our dogs have to do a bit of a traveling as well to be able to stay with us. I was very nervous on having someone I didn't even know and only had spoken to on the phone drive my little dog cross country but after finding out that he was a fellow Marine, I knew he could be trusted. A++++ Hire Mrs. Carla, you won't be disappointed. We had a plane delayed from Korea and it complicated the whole move but Mrs. Carla gladly helped and watched Ghost until he was able to fly from Seattle to Hawaii. She boarded him, picked him up from the airline and checked him back into a different airline without any issues. This was a military move and it was a relief to find someone who understood the military moves quickly go south and she scrambled for us. Thank you!
