Genesis was an absolute pleasure to work with. She transported our dog, Mocha from SW Fl to Massachusetts. She was on time for a pick up and was nothing short of being calm and comforting, just a genuine sweetheart. She kept in constant contact thru her 28 hour trip. I received her tracking information as well as pictures and videos along the way. I could recommend her enough! 10 stars!!!

100000/10 service! Genesis is such an amazing, kind, loving person and will tend and love your fur baby like it’s her own! She made sure my pup was safe 24/7, made sure to give him nice cuddles, fed him, made sure he went potty, gave me updates very often without asking and included gps tracking. If I have to ship another puppy I will use her again a million times. Genesis is so sweet and the best!!!
