Billie was attentive with everything on transport detail, kept in touch in the process. The only problem came from the dealership itself, kept delaying in having the bike ready. The delay was way too long that I had to cancel trip with Mr. Billy so he could picking up other transport. Overall great even though I didn't have him transport the bike.

I had Billie ship a 2014 Custom street Glide Bagger from Odessa Texas to Bismarck ND 1200 miles and I had the bike at my door in a day and a half.
