Jenny is an excellent pet transporter! The process was fast and easy and she took very good care of our new puppy during the flight. She asked appropriate questions about her before picking her up and kept us updated on their progress frequently. I highly recommend Jenny for anyone wanting to ship a pet.

Jenny was so good with our dog and made us feel safe shipping our dog from Louisiana to California. Her rates are more than reasonable especially for the excellent service she provided. She kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole trip so we always knew how our dog was doing and where they were during the trip. I can't say enough good things about Jenny and the service she provided. If I ever need to ship an animal again I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Jenny did a great job taking good care of my baby on a long flight! her pricing is very reasonable and she is fantastic at keeping solid communication throughout the trip so i knew exactly where my puppy was at all times. highly recommend!!
