Pet Passengers

I used Pet Passengers to move my dog, Luna, and had such a great experience! I was super anxious about the whole thing, but Jaden completely put my mind at ease. He was so accommodating, kind, and understanding—always making sure I knew what was going on and that Luna was taken care of. He honestly went above and beyond, and Luna made it to her destination safe, happy, and healthy. I can’t thank him enough! If you ever need to move your pet, I definitely recommend Jaden.

Very professional kept me in touch. The entire time took very well care of the puppy. Also was here in a very quick amount of time. I would recommend the shipper to anybody. This is a big deal and such a scary thing to transport your precious pups ! I was nervous about shipping such a young puppy so far with a total stranger- this pups whole world was changing. I was also concerned about how clean and stressed he would arrive for my clients on the other end. My worry increased when he informed me it would be an extra day on the road. I’ve been breeding for over 45 years and usually deliver the puppies myself to keep them comfortable during this time. Jaden was the best I could ask for to transport. He kept the puppy comfortable, he kept in touch with me every step. The puppy delivered clean and comfortable and not stressed at all. The client was thrilled with his condition when he arrived which reflects on me and my choices and handling of these precious pups. I have reached out to Jaden several times since this trip to book offers and will continue to do so without hesitation for future deliveries of our precious cargo. Jaden did a good job transporting my two German Shepherds. He allowed me to track the dogs via Life 360! He also kept me up to date with text messages and pictures. He even showed up earlier than expected.

Awesome Service - From beginning to end there was great communication and willingness to help our experience less stressful. Like all pet owners we love our little Pug and we wanted to make sure she was safe and taken care off. Not only did we get daily trip updates with pictures and itinerary but they took the time to make sure our dog was comfortable. I recommend for anyone looking to transport their dogs!
