Ben did an amazing job transporting our Lab from Colorado to Northern California. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but it quickly became clear that Ben is a true professional. He did exactly what he said he would, got our pup there safely and on time, and kept us updated throughout the trip. He even sent photos along the route of our dog enjoying the scenery. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend him!

Benjamin and Tracy did a wonderful job with Penny. They kept me in the loop everyday, sent updates and photos and videos. I was really impressed by their level of care and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a pet transported. Their communication from start to finish was amazing and I was really nervous about doing a cross country transport and wanted to make sure my dog was safe and cared for and she absolutely was! They understood that she has separation anxiety and took the utmost care in making sure she felt comfortable and safe. Benjamin and Tracy transport rescue dogs that likely have trauma and I felt super comfortable with them taking care of my Penny.

Benjamin was great! We had a time-sensitive pickup window and he made it happen. He communicated frequently during the trip, shared pictures and videos, and made great time. Would hire him again.

This was my first time using a pet shipping company, and I was honestly very nervous about the process—especially worrying about my dog’s safety and the possibility of things going wrong. However, Benjamin made everything incredibly smooth and reassuring. He kept me updated throughout the journey and even sent photos along the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommend!!!

This is the third time I have used a pet transporter from citizen shipper. Benjamin was our driver this time and he was great! We had to ship our beloved American Eskimo Dog Trio 650 miles from Northern California to Ridgefield Washington at the last minute (3 days). Benjamin was a very good communicator and he sent us pictures along the way. I appreciate that he and his partner have been transporting rescue dogs who's time were "up" at shelters to save their lives. You can tell he loves what he does and has a great positive attitude.
