Animus Transit and the staff members are very professional and customer service was phenomenal! The timeline for picking up my dog (Teddy) was right on time and updated me with photos everyday for long travel from Palm Springs Florida to California! Michael, the driver Coordinator did an excellent job taking good care of Teddy. It was a very successful journey from start to finish and would highly recommend Animus Transport! I cannot recommend Animus Transit enough! They recently handled the relocation of my ESA cats from Weston, FL to Austin, TX, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Relocating multiple pets is naturally stressful, but their team made it look easy. A few things that really stood out: Communication: Their coordination and follow-up were incredible. I received regular updates on exactly where they were throughout the trip, which gave me such peace of mind. The Driver: Our driver was truly genuine and compassionate. It was clear they didn’t just see my cats as "cargo"—they treated them with real care and kindness. Value: For the level of "white-glove" service provided, the price was very reasonable and affordable. If you have multiple pets and are looking for quality service that won’t break the bank, Animus Transit is the way to go. Five stars all the way!
