Hello 👋🏻 everyone:) We are a pet transportation team dedicated to providing safe, fast, and caring travel for pets all across the United States. With more than 8 years of experience in international tourist transportation, combined with extensive over-the-road driving across all 50 U.S. states and 3+ years of Uber service, we bring professionalism, reliability, and comfort to every trip. Our journey has always been connected to animals. As lifelong pet lovers, we have cared for a variety of animals—including cats, pythons, and even peacocks—and have organized photo shoots with exotic animals. This personal experience taught us patience, responsibility, and deep respect for animals of all kinds. At home, we live what we believe: pets are family. We currently share our lives with two beloved cats—Kiki, a sweet Tabby, and Cheetah, a playful Calico—as well as Stuart, our guinea pig who was born in our house (we thought she was a boy at first, but she’s a happy little girl!). We also rescued a Dalmatian pigeon from the sidewalk, who came to us with a broken wing and twisted neck. After nursing him back to health, he became a cherished member of our family. Each of them reminds us daily why animals deserve compassion, safety, and care. Our mission is to bring that same love into our work— treating every pet as if they were our own. (FaceTime if requested) 📱💬 🦴 Bathroom and meal breaks every 2-4 hours at a rest area, truck stops, or nearby parks. 💩🐩💨 🦴 Food, water, medication or any special needs if there’s a schedule necessary I can accommodate to your pet needs. 💦🍖🦴 ⚠️ If your pet sheds, it's okay; we don’t discriminate. We have seat covers and comfortable blankets to keep your pet comfortable. Payment can be made in Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or via Cash App. Payment: Pay the 50% deposit after booking. Please make the full payment upon delivery. 💵. Cancellation Policy: To all pet owners, please note that once you have booked and paid a 50% deposit, if you decide to cancel your shipment on the day of pick-up while I am en route, the deposit will be considered 50% non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding. Note: There is a booking fee. Just remember, the fee does not come out of the driver's quote. It's a separate expense, calculated for you automatically as soon as you click "Book Driver”. You'll be able to review the breakdown of your expenses before making the final decision. It's used to fund the platform's development, including ongoing support and safeguards provided by their support staff. Here's the breakdown: Free Base Protection: All CitizenShipper bookings include a free Pet Protection Plan that covers up to $1,000 in expenses for pet injury, illness, or other issues during transport. Upgraded Protection for a Fee: If you want coverage between $1,000 and $5,000, you need to upgrade the Pet Protection Plan for an additional fee: $2,500 coverage costs an extra $99. $5,000 coverage costs an extra $169. In essence, while you get a base level of protection for free with your booking, to reach the $1,000-$5,000 range, you need to purchase an upgraded plan. Maria was excellent. Her and her husband transported Scrappy over 2000 miles from New Jersey to Arizona. She was very loving to my little guy Scrappy. She kept me updated with pictures and videos during the trip and would stop every few hours to take him on a short walk and potty breaks. She also continued to share their location for the whole trip. She is very good with animals. Scrappy was calm and happy the whole ride and didn't want to leave her upon arrival. I highly recommend her service and would use them again in the future.
