They were amazing. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I was hesitant at first because I always worry using this site. Melynda put Any and all worries to rest immediately!!! She was responsive, quick, friendly, honest, and straightforward with all her questions, needs, and answers!!!! I loved working with her and her husband and will 10000% use them again in the future. They have amazing prices, transport the babies carefully and on time, and take the transport/babies seriously!!! Having the life 360 tracking was so useful and gave me so much confidence that my babies were being transported safely and smoothly. I would recommend Melynda to anyone I know looking for a pet transport. She delivered both my babies on time, and quickly despite me having to book last minute on a transport that was being done next day. Well really next morning. They were amazing and I am so pleased with both my babies. If anyone who is considering booking them is reading this, please do!!!! They are amazing! I’ve used several other transporters I’ve met on this site and Melynda and her husband are the best.

Excellent, quick, and friendly service! I'm very glad Paws on the Run found me when I was looking to drive both of my long haired cats from Idaho to Texas. I received regular updates and some pictures enroute. And I could track them on the Life360 app. They even made sure the cats had what they needed once they arrived. One of my cats is very anxious and she was great the entire trip. The cat whisperer surely made her comfortable for this 28 hour drive! This was a private ride for my animals and I though was reasonably priced. Thanks again!

Melynda was very professional and easy to work with. She transported my 3 cats from WV to FL in a very timely manner. I did not worry about their safety once. She had great communication at all times. I would recommend her to anyone.
