Kathleen took amazing care of my young pup. He instantly took to her and snuggled away into her arms as if realizing she is his buddy. She was prompt, flexible and communicative. Any and every question/ doubt i had she promptly clarified it. If I ever need a travel companion again she will be my go to person.

Kathleen was absolutely amazing in helping me secure a last-minute reservation to get my mellow boy to me. Despite unexpected hiccups like flight delays and weather conditions, she still managed to arrange a same-day flight and made sure he arrived safely and on time. Her dedication, communication, and ability to adapt under pressure truly impressed me. As someone who travels often for work as a first responder, it’s such a relief knowing I can count on her. I will definitely be booking with Kathleen again to transport my fur baby. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about using any service to transport my Father's dog across many state lines. Kathleen W. made me feel much more at ease. She was very caring, trustworthy and responsive. She sent me photos along the way. Kathleen brought the dog from Michigan all the way to Texas for me. She was as sweet as could be. My father suffered a stroke and his service dog was separated from him for 3 weeks. Because of Kathleen, he has been reunited with his Sweetie, his chihuahua. I would use Kathleen's services again!

I would like to share my experience with Kathleen; she was extremely kind and attentive from start to finish. My doggie is in a wheelchair and she treated her with so much loved, She assisted with the smooth transportation of my dog from Atlanta to Phoenix and provided regular updates and pictures throughout. I didn’t work directly with Kathleen but with the pilot instead. He was WONDERFUL! My only issue is that it ended up being $500 more than quoted by her when all was said and done. That aside, I would recommend!
