Brooke is absolutely the BEST. She is responsive, kind, attentive, sweet, responsible , caring and loving. She communicated with us throughout the entire trip, letting us know her ETA, providing pictures of our dog, and giving us report of his state of being. If I could leave 100 stars I would!!! Brooke with Whisker Wheels was my hero! She went out of her way to make my life easier when another “transport” scammed me and I couldn’t deal with it anymore!! I’m a small 501c3 rescue and I’d already lost my money to that guy, but Brooke was the best and willing to work with me. She was here when she said she would be and was in touch during the entire trip. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brooke to everyone who needs to transport the pets.
