I initially felt really nervous and worried about sending my anxious, senior dog across the country but with the professionalism and care demonstrated by this team, I knew he was in good hands. It was so easy and stress-free working with them and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This was my first time ever shipping an animal in general so I was nervous on who to pick. I am very glad I picked Chosen2Transport! Very happy with their service! Communication was very open and transparent and it was very easy to get everything planned from pick up to drop off. My puppy was very well taken care of during the ride. Thanks guys!

If I could I would give Carrie 10 stars. She & her mom transported my 4 cat kids from Idaho to Wisconsin in 2 days!!! She arrived at my house when she said she would. And they were very conscience about getting the cats from the house to their transportation kennels She shared her location with me in Google maps so I could "travel" the route with them. My cats were delivered to a cat hotel in Madison & Carrie was very accommodating to their hours of operation. I'll be spreading the word on FB as well because the service was absolutely wonderful! 😁 Wonderful communication

Carrie was really kind and patient with me. She was flexible and willing to wait for my dog to finish his vet visit so he could ​have the proper documents for transport. She sent pictures of my happy pet throughout the trip and provided prompt and clear communication. It was a smooth process from start to finish thanks to her professionalism and flexibility. They sent photos and communicated throughout the trip. The pup is super chill because she had a comfy trip. Would use Chosen2Transport again without a doubt.

Absolutely Amazing. They transported my new puppy from Florida to Virginia and got here in amazing time. They were very professional and proved location and picture updates the whole way. Would definitely recommend
