Excellent service. Jordan was great. Once the plans were set and things got rolling there was excellent communication. They provided GPS tracking the whole way. Thanks, A Worthy Ride for taking such good care of our new pup.

Tricia was an absolute life saver when it came to transporting our large golden retriever from the East Coast to Honolulu! Hawai'i came with its own complications and so did transporting a large dog in general, but Tricia took over the process and made it so easy. She was there every step along the way and saved me so much headache with her advice and quick responses to any and every question. From what size and type of kennel to get, to paperwork questions, she gave me so many answers and suggestions that saved me time, money and stress. She was so easy and wonderful to work with and after picking him up she sent frequent updates! My pup was so happy with her and it was the biggest sense of relief knowing he was in such good hands. It was alap comforting to know that any complications that arose would be taken care of. I would recommend her to any and everyone, the level of care and knowledge she brings to the table is invaluable! I can't even begin to imagine doing this process without her!!!

They did an amazing job taking care of and transporting my German Shepherd Athena, all the way from Miami to Las Vegas! They sent me pictures and videos, took Athena for walks, gave her plenty of food and water, and tons of love. I'm very happy with their service and look forward to working with them again in the near future! :)

Heather was amazing and swiftly got our new fur baby to us with same-day delivery. She is so incredibly responsive that we honestly questioned if she was a bot at first. Being our first time using a transport service, I was very anxious/skeptical about the process, but she made it seamless. Her prices are also incredibly reasonable.

Our experience with Mike, the owner of Dependable Driver Solutions, and James and Karen, the drivers, could not have been better. They all took excellent care of our very nervous and scared rescue and made sure she was as comfortable as could be during her long journey. They provided numerous updates and pictures along the way and kept us appraised of their arrival time. We are so thankful for the care they provided to our girl.

Shawn and Charles did an amazing job transporting my pup, Hampton, all the way from Maryland to California. They took excellent care of him the entire trip, kept me updated with pictures and messages, and made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. Hampton was clearly at ease with them, which tells me they’re true dog people. I couldn’t have asked for better care, and I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

Kay was very communicative the entire time. Throughout the journey she sent me picture updates and even shared her location with me. I was very hesitant on paying money upfront when my dog had not been picked up yet and Kay helped ease my mind. She even worked with my budget. We talked for a while beforehand I was really nervous about potential scam artists on this app. Of course Reddit never helped lol but Kay sent me a picture of her ID to help me feel comfortable. She definitely was not a scam. I can’t say much about other people on this app but I can say that Kay is an amazing driver, friendly, very timely and never had any issues. My dog Charlie’s adventure was different than a lot of people’s probably will be. I was rehoming him after I was fostering to a permanent home. He traveled with another dog and a rabbit all the way from California to east coast. Kay made sure that all pets were comfortable, clean, even buckled in and taken care of all while delivering him timely and healthy. Charlie can be anxious and she made him feel comfortable the entire time. Glad she was able to help me get him to his forever home! 10/10 recommend!

She was amazing!

They did a great job keeping me updated all the way till my baby was home. They delivered my baby quickly and without any problems communication was on point and I seen where my baby was at all times sharing his location till he got home to me thank you for bringing my son back home.

We are extremely satisfied with the service K&M provided. They were fantastic! After swapping several messages on the app I booked K&M and after the booking the great communications continued. Keith and I finalized the specific pick-up time, and he arrived promptly ready to go. We were transporting our beloved older family boat from Virginia to our son in Texas and along the way Keith provided us updates. As he arrived in Texas, our son started up the coordination with Keith and the drop-off went as smoothly as the pick-up. I would definitely recommend K&M!

We had a great experience with Mike and Dawn. We have a very nervous dog and we were very nervous about getting him across the country for our move. They accomplished it without a hitch and in record time. Communication was outstanding as was our pup’s care. He came home to us healthy and happy. I highly recommend Dependable Driver Solutions!
