Took great care of Winston from the moment they picked up to drop off. Sending me videos throughout the day. I was so happy with how they cared for our dog.

I’m over the roof at how well this experience was, she got here in less than 2 days in short notice and even when we had mishaps on payment she still was patient and understanding and got here in a timely manner, she sent a bunch of pictures just keeping me updated and he got here in perfect condition! If I could triple or quadruple the star rating I would! Hayley was incredible, she communicated and answered all of my questions during the booking process and then when time neared for our transport we got all of the details ironed out so when she promptly arrived to gather my crew of 6 she had everything set up and organized. She sent updates throughout the drive and she delivered everyone safe and happy at the time she promised. She alleviated all the stress with moving our precious fur babies half way across the country and if we ever require transport again I will call her first! Thank you so much for providing such and important service for us.

They delivered my baby Garfield safe and sound. He was lost and they brought him home. They kept me updated on where they were and sent me pictures.. I would definitely recommend Mason Paw Transport to anybody who needs pet transport

Eric was absolutely amazing. He was super communicative the entire process. I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening or I didn’t know how my dog was doing. We had some hiccups at no fault of his, where there were issues with the health certificate for my dog to travel overseas, and he was more than accommodating and willing to take my dog to a veterinarian to help me get the health certificate if needed. My dog Oakley was happy at all times with him. He spent time with Eric and his family and I got pictures of him playing with his children. I fully intend on using him again for the transport of my future pets that I am expecting in the next month. Thank you again to Eric and his family for taking such great care of my dog. This service was well worth every dollar spent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to transport their fur baby in the future. A&E is thee BEST!!!!

Luxury Pet Transport was incredible every step of the way! I requested them to help rescue a dog from a shelter and they were so flexible with me! The date and time changed and I even added another rescue dog and they were still so accommodating and professional! We are opening a nonprofit animal rescue and we will definitely be working with Luxury Pet Transport in the future!!

Hayley was absolutely amazing! She took wonderful care of our two dogs every step of the way. Her communication was excellent. She sent us pictures and videos multiple times a day without us even needing to ask. She gave them plenty of walks and potty breaks, and made sure they were always safe and happy. Hayley also kept us updated on her progress along the route and arrived right on time, which was especially important since we were on a tight timeline before traveling overseas. She was so professional in fulfilling the contract terms of care and service. She truly treated our dogs as if they were her own, and we are so grateful for the love and care she showed them. She has our highest recommendation! Thank you so much, Hayley!

Amazing, fantastic, wonderful experience! Communication was awesome! Osman was great with keeping me up to date on the pick up and journey and he sent pics along the way.
