A++++ Hire Mrs. Carla, you won't be disappointed. We had a plane delayed from Korea and it complicated the whole move but Mrs. Carla gladly helped and watched Ghost until he was able to fly from Seattle to Hawaii. She boarded him, picked him up from the airline and checked him back into a different airline without any issues. This was a military move and it was a relief to find someone who understood the military moves quickly go south and she scrambled for us. Thank you!

I will like to show my appreciation in this feedback for the outstanding service that was provide from Mr. Steve from Pet Across America on the shipment of my Old English Bulldog Major from California to Florida. Due to military obligations, I had short timeframe in moving my family to Florida. With all the added stress in moving the family, I was running into road blocks finding a safe and healthy way of transporting Major. Mr. Steve has lifted a huge burden in providing his outstanding service for my family. He communicated well in arranging the pickup for Major, provided daily updates on his trip and well being of Major and delivered him ahead of schedule. I don't know what else to say but Thank You. Major is like a child of mines and he is my wife's baby, so with the help of Steve, my family is all together.
