Our experience with Brenda L was wonderful! She was very communicative throughout our entire experience - from pre-travel to post! She took two husky puppies on the adventure of their lives - from California to Texas! They arrived about 25 hours after they left our home - they had enjoyed some outside time at stops, water and food as needed, and reassurance. We would use Brenda L, again, if we need these kind of services again. We recommend her highly!

So disappointed! I so wanted it to work out. I was beyond patient and understanding. Matt wasn't honest, didn't keep me updated, and I just felt trapped. He seemed to keep making impossible promises to many people (read his reviews from Jan/Feb. I feel he overbooks and under delivers. Unfortunately, these are live dogs and people are counting on the pick up and delivery. He made me feel so uneasy, even if he was available (after several promises) I just would never be able to trust him with My baby. My husband actually drove to pick up my pup, losing a days wage, but I knew he was in good hands. My regret, is being to understanding and patient. I should have fired him after thr first lie, or first broken promise, or the first time he didn't respond for 3 days.... I hope you get the point. Im still hopefull that this site has great shippers, but Matt is not one of them.

Erica and Bill just transported our 100 lb. shepherd from Maryland to Florida. They patiently waited as we were 4 hours behind schedule meeting them in Florida. Our dog is not friendly with other animals, but had no problem sharing their van with other dogs. They had to spend an extra night to accommodate our delay, and we had to insist that they let us pay them more than their original quote. We will always have the pics of Harley and Bill at "South of the Border" in our photo album. As snowbirds, we will continually being using their services, and we highly recommend them, they are the best! Erica and Bill are real down-to-earth animal lovers and we would not trust anyone else transporting our 100 lb. baby! Carol & Al

We received very detailed instructions. I ran around making sure I had all the records and bathed the dog. I was told my pickup window was 1/12 to 1/14. That I would be called 24 hours in advance and then again the day of with a 4 hour window. The last day of the pickup window I received a call at 3:30 with the driver informing me they couldn't pickup due the weather. This was very unprofessional. I was in the middle of packing my trailer with my 3 small children. So at the last minute I finally get notified they weren't coming. While I understand the weather is out of their control they could have contacted me sooner then the last day to say they weren't coming. I very clearly communicated that my dog needed to leave no later then 1/14 as that was the day we were leaving. I was literally loading my kids and dog into the car when they finally called. Had they followed their own instructions three should have called me the day before to say they couldn't make it. Then I could have at least tried to find an alternative. Instead I drove 1200 miles with 3 little kids and my dog. It was very tight and stressful. Do not here these people. They don't communicate

I can not say enough positive things about Marius he was very professional and a very nice person .i was very nervous with my Benny flying 5 hours but Marius kept me updated thru the entire trip he replied right away to my text to check on Benny. So ... still waiting to hear back from Matthew, he was supposed to be magically in Ohio tomorrow to pick up a puppy and deliver her to Colorado - but seeing these new reviews it looks like he triple booked himself. Just man up and at least text us back. Now we are scrambling to figure out how to get this puppy to us whom was supposed to be here Friday. This makes me rethink citizenshipper all together. We had to cancel the trip because he failed to communicate with us. Firstly, he said that our dates and locations worked perfectly for him, and suddenly they didn't work for him and we only came to that conclusion because we kept questioning him as the pick date was getting closer. Secondly, after we decided to cancel with him... He then told a story that he was fearful of Pitbulls, which was very unprofessional in opinion. Why agree to take our 9month pup, who is a service dog, when the dates and location , and breed of dog don't work for you, when we already paid and booked him as a driver? Matthew truly lacked communication. I'd say really double check and question him before booking him.

The Best!!! If you are lucky enough to have Nick transporting your pet you have nothing to worry about, he's fantastic! My daughter recently began a 1 year wildlife rescue apprenticeship in Texas and was not allowed to bring her cat along. When she said she would handle his transportation to Wyoming from New Mexico I was skeptical but my experience with Nick has completely sold me on CitizenShipper. What a wonderful service and a great guy! I even watched the Chicago Justice for the first time (the season finale) and he is an awesome actor. I barely recognized him, he was so into character.
