Erica and Bill drove my cats from Indiana all the way to California. They were very accomodating to my two kitties needs and updated me with texts and pictures throughout the duriation of the trip! I was surprised to see how quickly they made it across country and am extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism. I was also very happy to see how well they treated my cats by providing them a comfortable area to relax, eat, and use the litter box during the drive. I will be contacting them again for my next move!

Had to report my shipment stolen because the driver never showed up and found the trailer 10 days later in Texas where I then had to go pick it up myself this driver is also known as Jamie Brown and should be arrested. His scam is to take what he wants and then extort for more money before delivering the goods. Do not trust him with your pet he will ask for more money before you get your pet.

Erica and Bill were incredible! We were nervous about sending my sister’s 70 lb husky mix dog across country from Los Angeles to St. Louis to be reunited with her after caring for him for two years, especially since he is anxious and has behavioral problems. However as soon we met Erica and Bill we felt at ease. They are an amazing couple and were so great with him! They kept us updated with pictures and got him there earlier than we asked. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Your pets will be well cared for throughout the journey.

Patrick was very quick to respond to any and all of my messages! He sent plenty of pictures of our Great Dane puppy, along the more than 800 mile journey from Wisconsin to Virginia. Our puppy arrived in perfect condition. Out of everyone I spoke with, Patrick was by far the quickest to respond, as well as the most reasonable in price. He was great to keep us updated along the way. As a first-time ground shipping customer, I was highly stressed about the entire process. Patrick never acted annoyed with my dozens of questions and concerns. Again, he was excellent to communicate with. While my motorcycle arrived a few days later than expected (Steve had to get the truck fixed) it arrived intact and secured well in the truck. Randall did such an amazing job with our babies! He not only transported 2 very different cats (personality-wise), but our jack russel and my reptiles (iguana and leopard gecko). Needless to say, this was quite a haul, but he was extremely professional and it was obvious he has a knack and love for animals. So very pleased with his service, and would recommend him to ANYONE looking to transport their fur/scale babies!

Do not I mean do not use this company!!!!! This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered!!! I am horrified. First it started off with me having to contact them over and over again just to get the initial response days prior to pick up. I set it up for my dog being picked up anywhere between the 2nd and 4th at 10 on the 3rd I got an email saying that delays of happened and they won't be picking any buddies dogs off until the 6th or 7th several days later. So I contacted the person be a phone who then we're going to tell me that they weren't able to pick up the phone because their phone was broken. Starting to get a little suspicious don't you think. Well that was my thoughts at least they ended up turning it around and making it so the 6th was absolutely Bella's pick up time now it is 7:30 p.m. on the 5th and I am now being notified that the driver is turning around to go back home for family emergency. I am sitting here in Florida my dog is in Maryland I've set this up almost 2 months ahead of time. The person who has my dog and is watching her until the pickup time is leaving on the 8th and will not be able to watch Bella my dog after that so now my dog is going to be in limbo until I can figure out the means to get her to me. I honestly can't express enough how horrible this experience has been I don't know what I'm going to do and letting me know at 7:30 at night hours prior to the time she would have been picked up yet again. I am in tears shaking.
